Im waiting front of the store for 20 minutes for them to open and now 15 minutes passed 10 am, store still close . I called a lady picked up and asked when you opening, she said we are not open with very rude voice, sounded like i woke her up from sleep. Unacceptable! I'm running late to my work. I will get my phone from somewhere else.

Outstanding costumer service provided by both Aíxa and Vanessa. Great team work, they listened to comprehend in order to empathize, and answer/resolve my multiple issues/questions and concerns. After they satisfactory addressed my situations (by making a few changes in my account), they reassured me, by welcoming me to the neighborhood and enthusiastically invited me back to the store in case I had any other questions in the near future by providing me with a business card.
