If I could give zero stars I would do it. The BofA branch in Calimesa has been closed for about two years. The BofA branch in Yucaipa is closed AGAIN!!! If you decide to drive to the Redlands branch you better pack a lunch or take up crocheting because you are going to to be there for a while. I walked in on a week day and there were at least twenty five people in line and only four tellers. I'm paying BofA to treat me like this?!! Just as soon as I can get my estate situation settled I will close all of my accounts after 50 plus years.

On my first visit they said anything they could to get me to leave and not help me. On the second visit they were friendly, but couldn't help with any type of auto loan issue.

Been with B of A 22 years and in the last few years service has been terrible. Now the excuse is covid. I understand early on but since they have put up plexiglass, their employees use gloves, their wearing masks and there’s hand wash in their branches. This is an excuse they’re using in my opinion, They claims that someone had covid but then you’ll see the bank will be open two days later. They don’t have the common decency to treat their customers with respect by placing a note on the door of when they will be open, yet they were quick to put up a sign Martin Luther King Day we’ll be closed in which they were probably going to close anyway. The grocery stores are able to maintain continuity and other businesses so I ask what is going on here. Today I called Washington to report this. Hopefully someone in a position of authority will get to the bottom of this but what I’ve seen in the past from our representatives I’m not holding my breath.

Went to location to open a teen checking account for my daughter. I have had an account with Bank of America for over 20 years and they ignored my request and said to come back later.

Card got canceled. Due to fraud .Was told to go to branch to get temporary card. Got there 10 min before they closed . and was told it would be to inconvenient for them to help me. Lack of customer service, lack of compassion, and lack of empathy.. They never conciderd how this would effect me, and could care less.that was some bs.

I don’t usually go in during busy hours but when I do come in, I’m always greeted when I come in, and had a couple questions about the mobile banking app( good app btw) and all of my questions get answered, they get the job done

No Knowledge from these people. Go in and ask a simple question and get a straight answer, then once the transaction is half complete I am told it will take x days, and now being told even longer, they don’t know what they are doing and I don’t recommend this bank

Tried to contavt someone at This Yucaipa branch and the phone was answered by a recording allowing me only to make an appointment. Any bank that is too busy to answer the phone will lose my business. But then Bank of America takes prise in providing bad customer service.

It appears to be understaffed during busy hours, long frustrating lines and not enough tellers. Try one of the 3 ATM'S for faster service if possible.
