My rental experience was fantastic! The car was ready when it was promised, your sales representative walked me around the car to point out out some minor dents and scratches. Returning the car was a breeze! Your sales reps are the best! I will definitely rent from this facility again! ~Michael

I have had so many bad experiences with my hair. I have never loved my hair so much!! My husband loves it as well. Angelica was amazing! We went over what I didn’t like and showed her some pictures that I liked and she worked her magic and I have never been happier! I’m so great full for her. My hair was all the way to my lower back and she cut it just below my shoulder and added highlights. She was so kind and kept asking me if I was ok. If I could give zero stars I would do it. The BofA branch in Calimesa has been closed for about two years. The BofA branch in Yucaipa is closed AGAIN!!! If you decide to drive to the Redlands branch you better pack a lunch or take up crocheting because you are going to to be there for a while. I walked in on a week day and there were at least twenty five people in line and only four tellers. I'm paying BofA to treat me like this?!! Just as soon as I can get my estate situation settled I will close all of my accounts after 50 plus years. ~E

On 2 separate occasions our items were either lost or not returned properly. I had made mugs for our grandkids and had them pack and ship them, which was stupidly overpriced. They never arrived. I was given a tracking number of which was not valid, I called them directly and the 'kid' told me, basically after the package left their facility it was no longer their problem. I then called UPS and they couldn't find the item because they said the tracking number was invalid. It finally arrived 2 days after I did all the research to find it. The 2nd incident was an Amazon return. We had the tracking slip; it did not get processed or shipped for 10 days after we dropped it off. I checked the tracking number several times and it only showed, 'label created'. Needless to say, we will no longer be using this location. ~Barbi

Snotty, rude, incompetent and inadequate service. Was with Metro for years with 5 lines + tablet line and car device Paid $ 183 a month. One stop in this store, and I drove down the boulevard to T-Mobile and switched carriers, better plans, free $ 1000 device, and great customer service. Absolutely do not patronize this store unless you want a horrible experience. All Metro stores are not like this. They have very good customer service at their Redlands store off10 freeway on Alabama. Well worth driving the extra 11 miles to avoid this Yucaipa store and it's employees. ~James

I realize it's a free service...but maybe they should think about having their tire gauge/pump fixed. Would be super helpful. ~Eric

Absolutely rude individual/employee,, my daughter and I,,waited for 10-15 minutes until someone came to the reception window original lab told us that we could just drop off without wait, bag has a special barcode that id’s patient and type of sample “he ,, told me to sign up and wait for them to call us “! Informed him it was just a drop off “ he left me talking and walked away While allowing someone who just happened to walk in after us! To check in ,,not professional at all!!! No way anyone should be treated in this manner when you are simply trying to get help! ~A.G.

Just left store...absolutely horrible customer service we waited an hour and a half and not once did they even acknowledge us and say we will be with you as soon as we can. Nothing ...horrible service...we are transferring our service to another PROVIDER...good thing they are next door...GO SPECTRUM SMART MOVE ~Linda
