On 2 separate occasions our items were either lost or not returned properly. I had made mugs for our grandkids and had them pack and ship them, which was stupidly overpriced. They never arrived. I was given a tracking number of which was not valid, I called them directly and the 'kid' told me, basically after the package left their facility it was no longer their problem. I then called UPS and they couldn't find the item because they said the tracking number was invalid. It finally arrived 2 days after I did all the research to find it. The 2nd incident was an Amazon return. We had the tracking slip; it did not get processed or shipped for 10 days after we dropped it off. I checked the tracking number several times and it only showed, 'label created'. Needless to say, we will no longer be using this location.

Walked in with four big boxes along with items that needed to be boxed and everyone was so helpful! They were patient with me and all of my boxes and I would definitely go back again. Oh!’ And they asked if I had AAA for a discount…..who does that??? A great business, that’s who!!

While I have always found this store to have great customer service, I cannot say the same for their packaging for shipping. My husband shipped a very large outdoor ceramic bowl and my ninja foodie. Minimal packing materials were used ….the ceramic bowl arrived in pieces and the exterior of the Ninja Foodie was damaged. Spent a lot of money to ship items that will now be replaced.

I arranged for a friend to drop off an unpackaged item so this UPS Store could pack and ship it for me. I spoke with Ale on the phone, and she sent me a form to fill out to pay for it. It is a very fragile and rare item, so I had specific requests for how it should be packaged, such as how much padding, and what orientation to ship it in. They fulfilled 100 percent of my requests, and the item arrived safely. They also did some extra things, like wrap the entire thing in bubble wrap, and place a piece of cardboard across the front of the item for extra protection. I am completely impressed, thank you very much to the team at the UPS Store in Yucaipa, specifically Ale!

I had never been to this UPS Store. I was compelled to go there because of a return package requirement. I found the place on Google and I walked into the store unsure of what I needed to do. A young men promptly came to the counter and I asked if this was a correct place to send this package back and he said sure and then within two minutes he had sealed my package and given me my receipt. He was very professional and customer service oriented. I really appreciated that help.

This store is great. I've had to use many different UPS stores in the past as I travel around California, and this one is by far the friendliest, and the Graphic Design department not only is super helpful and quick, but they do high quality work that is well worth the reasonable price. The shop itself has nice merchandise and is clean, too.

I have used this ups store more frequently in the last year and I always have been happy with the friendly and competent service provided by the staff. This past week, I had to ship several packages that had arrived to our address mistakenly because a family member who had moved recently had selected the old shipping address. I would like to thank Heaven again for all her help and concern to optimize the shipment and combine the packages into a single one, she even took the time to cut and tape the package. Thank you Heaven for the excellent customer service, I really appreciated it!
