Absolutely rude individual/employee,, my daughter and I,,waited for 10-15 minutes until someone came to the reception window original lab told us that we could just drop off without wait, bag has a special barcode that id’s patient and type of sample “he ,, told me to sign up and wait for them to call us “! Informed him it was just a drop off “ he left me talking and walked away While allowing someone who just happened to walk in after us! To check in ,,not professional at all!!! No way anyone should be treated in this manner when you are simply trying to get help!

The nurses here are always so friendly and good at what they do and that’s really appreciated. Also real happy with the booking system. Was able to tap a button on my phone when I got there and then wait where I wanted until they texted me to let me know they’re ready for me.

Nice people, but their reservation system leaves a lot to be desired. I wrote my appointment down incorrectly, (my bad) and I arrived 15 minutes late. I was given the choice to wait as a walk-in, and I waited another 60 minutes, watching people go in ahead of me. I mistook their call for a "Gabe" as "James" and when I finally got to talk to someone, (they don't have a receptionist; it's all touch-screen check-in), they simply couldn't give me an estimate as to how long it would take. There is no screen announcing the number of walk-ins waiting and they don't make it clear whether the people going ahead of you are scheduled appointments or waiting walk-ins. I asked "well, what? -- two hours?" She wouldn't even make an estimate. Be on time -- or you are in the gulag here.

Quest in Yucaipa is the best! My doctor had sent orders this morning at 10:30, I walked in at 11:15 and was out in 10 minutes. Clean, fast, and very friendly! Best Quest I've ever been to!

Lisa the technician at Quest went way out of her way to be helpful. I screwed up my paperwork and sent test to wrong location...old age is really kicking in...LOL. Anyway Lisa was already super nice when I went in, then called and went the extra mile to help me out and get the test where it belonged. Thank You, Great job!

I always feel like family when I go in there. The girls are great with blood draw. I never feel a thing. Just wish the hour's that they are open went longer.

I need blood work done monthly so I always go online and make an appointment. I rarely have to wait more than a few minutes. The ladies there are very nice and professional.

I have had no breakfast sue to fasting and they tell me it's going to be 1 hour wait. Never had this problem as t other locations
