THIS T-MOBILE IS WHERE ITS AT Robert helped me trade in my phone and switch over everything I needed. It took awhile but he did everything and even changed my case for me after he already put it on my new phone. Michael helped with my SIM card and was also very helpful. While we waited for the phone to update, Robert was friendly and conversing with me as well as the other customers waiting on their phones. Nothing but good things. Thank you guys so much for your help!

Just left this place after Robert assisted me. I left happier than I thought possible. It can get tricky sometimes for me to understand things at phone places but Robert was funny, patient and explained things well. I was in and out with exactly what I needed plus extra and I barely broke the bank. Thank you again so much! Very happy with my experience today and I will keep recommending TMobile to my friends and family.

Really wasn't ready to help me and my family. Was at this place 4 different times. Seen someone new every time. Not happy it's been 2 months now and still nothing done. They sent me home to order. I tried to order many times and everything's it's been a joke. They told me at store and online that my 7plus iphone was a 1000 trade in. So tried to order new phone the one I needed they didn't have in stocks so set me home yet again one store and this store and told me I'd save all the fees doing it that way as well. So I'd order the phone but I called at least 20 or 30 times for help then they tell me I have to do it since there stock is different too. They all told me the 7plus was still 1000 trade in then I'm told it's not and a bunch of bull. I haven't had a phone since April/ May yet I'm still having to pay for it. As well as I can't set up auto pay to save the 15.00 a month cause nothings right and fixed. I'm sick of this! Why can't someone help me. Tmobile what's the deal since you merged its a night mare again. Help!!! GET ON MY ACCOUNT AND HELP ME!PLEASE.

I called the T-Mobile website and could barely understand the person I was talking to. I was promised my number could be transferred to my new phone when I went from Verizon to T-Mobile. This didn't happen. I had no luck calling the T-Mobile site. One of the customer service agents at the store in Eastwood was an angel and was able to get it straightened out.

Dominic literally will do anything to avoid fixing your issue. He's not willing or caring of your situation and literally told me "he's at wits end" at getting my bill fixed. The other employees seem to understand that I keep going in and out of payment arrangements I've never set up and they cant get anywhere with they own customer service to fix the issue. They keep charging me late payments and cancelling my service even though I've paid well more than what it cost per month. You wait in the store for 4+ hours just to get no where and have to pay $90 to assure your issue will be taken care of in the next couple business days only to find out they decided to charge you an extra $120 and turn your phone off again. It's a never ending cycle of late fees I dont owe. Dominic literally told me after recognizing I dont owe tmobile money, that I missed a monthly payment of $112, that I actually paid $180 for the same month. I asked him to cancel my service and he just said do it online. Literally will find any excuse to not help and doesn't want to help you. Brittany was the most helpful person there. She tried for over an hour to get customer service to compensate, but tmobile outsources their customer service and they dont understand anything they're being asked. After an hour on the phone, they will say I dont understand, this isn't part of the memo and hang up on you. I dont even think they're customer service realizes they work for tmobile and clearly dont care about there customers. They put you in payment arrangements to charge you more and pull you in and out when they feel its convenient without your consent even if it automatically gets pulled out of your account. Me, my fiancee and our newborn baby spent 8+ hours in the store, paid $180 for the monthly bill (which is only supposed to be $112) to get the $200 overcharge off, only to owe more in fees. $319 to be exact. Everyone in the store knows what's going on and how their customers are being wronged, but no one can get through to dense customer service agents, explaining the problem 100 times and having them do nothing. Worst experience I've ever had. I told 10 coworkers who were going to switch to Tmobile to go anywhere else. Brittany managed to get only $89 reimbursed for the incident but they charged a $40 service fee for it. They've suspended my phone 3 times in the same month and charged $90 each time doing it. Run from this company!

Location: Eastwood Mall. March 1, '22. Very small company store. Four employees on duty. Received very good service. Out of stock item was ordered. Rec'd at hm 3 days later. Discussion of smart phn upgrade was very well explained. Ample parking.

The staff that was working was yesterday were amazing!! Believe it was Michael, Lance, and Brittany they were all very friendly, knowledgeable, very patient and if they weren't sure of something they went above and beyond to find a solution! Michael was amazing, helped us for hours with our complex situation we had! Very very thankful for all of quality help we received! We all walked out with new devices, plans, and problems fixed!!
