Having teenagers sometimes means going to BR at 9 on a weeknight. Very surprising how many people were there, both in the store and in the drive thru. The kid manning the drive thru was crazy slow. I was in there watching him, and it took him 20 minutes to make 2 sundaes. No joke. In the same amount of time, the nice woman helping us served 3 groups of people, including more than 10 items, AND filled 3 quarts for a Door Dash order. My sundae was pretty good even though the hot fudge wasn't hot (broken machine).

Very nice place to visit and enjoy the ice cream there with the family.

Visited here after my daughter's graduation. She and her friends we all able to get different ice cream flavors. They all loved it. Staff was great and helpful, the store was clean and neat. There was seating available both inside and outside. It was a gorgeous day to enjoy great company, ice cream and the sun. 💖

Drove in 8 minutes before close and they didn't take my order, just gave me blank looks through the window. It would have been fine if they had told me they had closed early instead of making me wait for nothing. 🙄

My ice cream was delicious and I’ve always loved eating here but I would not recommended eating here if you have any food allergies that are in any other ice cream that they serve. I found out not too long ago that I was lactose intolerant and I was exited to see that they had dairy-free ice cream.. I did not know until after I gotten sick that all their ice cream is not recommended for people with milk allergies because there could be cross contamination. They must not clean their scoopers before scooping out another ice cream and they didn’t mention anything to me about it possibly being contaminated, they do have it on their website though. Be careful if you have food allergies!

the drive thru is slow bc you order AND get ur ice cream there, but other than that, i like this place. employees are always helpful when i ask about dairy free options and they usually have at least 2 vegan flavors.

Yum! Great service. I just needed an ice cream cake for my son's birthday. Pulled right up by the door, found a wide variety of cakes next to the door, grabbed a cake. In and out in less than 5 minutes. And the cake was awesome! Fudge frosting on the outside, Cookie dough in the middle. It sliced into perfect pieces. I would leave it out for 20 minutes if putting candles in. Yum!

I have gone here quite a bit and feel like I’ve had both positive and not so positive experiences, so I’m giving 3 stars. Location: The store is very clean and has a nice atmosphere. Prices/Serving Size: The ice cream only prices are really good , but what you get for the price varies on who serves you. The single scoop is sometimes tiny and other times it’s as expected. Not consistent though. Customer Service: A few months ago we went and my daughter had hair in her ice cream. My husband took her back to exchange because EWWW and the workers looked very confused about what to do. Recently I ordered Gold Medal Ribbon, which is typically my go to, but on this occasion it honestly tasted like one glob of caramel. I mean I like caramel, but I can’t eat a cup full of it with a few bites of ice cream here and there. I went to trade it out since it didn’t taste like it normally does and the girls working all just stood there like they didn’t know what to do. I finally asked to swap it out and she still looked lost. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry before for many years, please teach your employees how to comp something out when the customer is not satisfied or there is an issue, it’s just ice cream. I would’ve taken a refund too, point was that I was not satisfied with my purchase and if that’s the case your employees should be trained with how to handle that situation without playing the “I’m confused and helpless” Card. Ice Cream Cakes: The ice cream cakes are good, we’ve gotten them for quite a few birthdays last minute and they’ve all been good! Sundaes: The brownie sundae is good, but pricey! Shakes: The strawberry shake was not good at all when I ordered. It wasn’t creamy and I actually prefer a shake from just about anywhere, but the one I ordered from here was just not good.

The ice cream is good, but over-priced ($5 for a double scoop) and how much you get depends on who's working. The staff is always friendly, but the drive-thru inexplicably takes forever. Every single time. Tonight, we waited 40+ minutes at 9:15 pm on a Sunday. There were about 7 cars ahead of us. This location has been this slow since the day they opened. I don't know if they are chronically understaffed or what the deal is, but don't go here if you have to be somewhere soon.
