I give 1 star because employees were friendly. I bought the ultimate package and added on leather conditioning, wheel clean, and wax. When I picked up my car an hour later it was still so dirty inside. They didn’t even wipe anything down much less condition my leather seats. I went back through and the gentleman assured me he would make sure it was done. After the second time it was still dirty inside and they didn’t condition the seats. This is more than disappointing especially adding on services. Pics show after the second time my car went through. Services: Auto interior vacuuming, Auto detailing

Super bummed. I was looking forward to getting my car cleaned. Paid for the VIP wash and tip a guy before getting in my car. I start to drive away and notice that the only thing inside my car that was wiped down was my dashboard. My mats were not attached and moved as to make it seem like the floors were vacuumed but they weren’t. I went out of my way for this today and I could have done a better job in 5 minutes for free. :/

I had a great experience at this Jackson's location. Every employee I talked to were kind and helpful. I want to specifically commend Melanie for being a great person in general which truly displayed itself to me throughout my interaction with her. I value that greatly in a society where the employees of many businesses simply make you feel unwanted. Thank you for the experience, Melanie.

They were all very friendly and helpful. I have a light cashmere interior, which isn’t easy to keep pristine. Jesus had a great attitude, and was willing to do a little extra @ the end with cleaning certain areas to satisfy my concerns. Thank you so much! 😊

Attentive, thorough not like taking it to a high end detailing shop. Those can run $300. But Jackson's does a better job then a lot of other places I've gone to. They obviously have a better system here with people well trained. Melanie the front store cashier is so patient and so helpful with all my questions. She spent 20 min just explaining all of the different types of car wash packages. Thanks Melanie. And a shout out to Jason L. I'm a loyal Jackson's customer, I have a TCC membership with them. Today I went in for my routine oil change and free wash. The last time I came in I was due for a a/c filter change however they didn't have it in stock so I thought they would this time. They still didn't have it in stock, and when I asked why the gentleman told me "it's popular, we get a lot of Kia's". He also mentioned they'd be getting another shipment in by Tuesday and to check back then. I don't really want to keep coming back to check and see if you have something in stock or not. You guys really should order more to have on hand since it is popular... Also they vacuumed out my car but did not do that thorough of a job. I wish they would of spent a little more time on my back seat to get the dog hair out. Services: Vacuuming, Oil change

I have the quick pass. The tall skinny AA man and the light eyes Hispanic dude are the hardest workers, always dry my vehicles off well. Had an interior detail, young lady was nice , she did a nice job. Their detailing rivals places that just detail. The bad: they continue to run open bed pickups through the car wash- my car paint please. Don't want my vehicles scratched. There vacuums sometimes don't work.

I really want to give Jackson's 5 stars. When I lived in the valley I was a regular customer when they were a differently named company. In my opinion, both then and now, they can give the best wash and service in the valley. Now when I visit town I always find a Jackson's to give my vehicle some TLC. I have also taken my families vehicles to be detailed this past spring. Sadly I cannot give 5 stars. I had an issue with the Jackson's location in Scottsdale and sent in a note letting them know of my challenges. I received a call back from a guy who represented himself as management and was apologetic. He even offered me a free wash when I returned. I did expect that but appreciated the gesture. Several weeks later I tried to take him up on the offer but was told that the management team changed at this location and he was no longer there. So, no free return wash. Not the end of the world but a bummer. Yesterday I made my way to the Tempe Jackson's. Been there many times with great success. Yesterday not so much. The vacuum guys were too busy standing and chatting with each other. My vehicle stayed staged, others that arrived after me were serviced and sent on to the tunnel. After about 5 minutes of zero work and all chat I asked the supervisor if there was an issue with my vehicle causing the delays. He told me that they are doing bug removal first. I looked at him and asked if he really believed that this was the cause of the delay. He looked at the guys, and then back at me and acknowledged the issue. Long review, and I apologize. I really like Jackson's and want them to be the best. Every company is only as good as the customer facing staff taking care of business. Do not overlook the value of training and focus on excellence.
