Best auto glass shop in Tempe, Arizona (AZ) 2024

So disappointed in the lack of service. Things started out well with calls and updates, but when there was difficulty finding a new bumper (older car, short supply of parts) the struggle began. We filed the claim with our insurance in late April and the car was dropped at the collision center within a week. Our car has yet to be returned. The insurance says the claim is closed the collision center said they cannot return the car “due to bill of health”. Went up to the center physically and was told by our advisor Bryant, the car should be returned from the dealer yesterday or at the latest today. Still no car or call back. Extremely frustrated, and the response from Bryant repeatedly, “don’t worry about it”. As I told him, we are worried about it which is why we are here. No way the pictures below should have taken over six weeks to fix. Service: Body & Trim ~Mairzi

I give 1 star because employees were friendly. I bought the ultimate package and added on leather conditioning, wheel clean, and wax. When I picked up my car an hour later it was still so dirty inside. They didn’t even wipe anything down much less condition my leather seats. I went back through and the gentleman assured me he would make sure it was done. After the second time it was still dirty inside and they didn’t condition the seats. Quick in and out experience. Came for, and received, an oil change service. Staff was knowledgeable, friendly and eager to help. Was offered several options for my vehicle and chose the one most suited for my needs…which were met gloriously! Super easy. NOT super cheap. Worth it for my time constraints without compromising quality. Highly recommended if you are short on time. Similar experience to going to a dealership service, with the super high price. ~Michael
