So disappointed in the lack of service. Things started out well with calls and updates, but when there was difficulty finding a new bumper (older car, short supply of parts) the struggle began. We filed the claim with our insurance in late April and the car was dropped at the collision center within a week. Our car has yet to be returned. The insurance says the claim is closed the collision center said they cannot return the car “due to bill of health”. Went up to the center physically and was told by our advisor Bryant, the car should be returned from the dealer yesterday or at the latest today. Still no car or call back. Extremely frustrated, and the response from Bryant repeatedly, “don’t worry about it”. As I told him, we are worried about it which is why we are here. No way the pictures below should have taken over six weeks to fix. Service: Body & Trim

The worker who took pics of my car didn't complete my file before he was let go. I called multiple times over a month and I either got disconnected or transferred to leave a message and no one ever called me back. Then I finally get ahold of them and they tell me to come in and when I do they lost my paperwork so I had to fill it out again. I told my insurance to not recommend this place anymore because no one should have to deal with this. It took 2 months for my car to be fixed due to their inability to complete paper work. The front receptionist lady is nice but that's the only positive I have. Hopefully my car looks good after all this

I had issues with my door, Bryant really helped me by explaining options for repairs and temporary fix, he was so helpful and professional. Diffently would recommend him and your shop to friends

Go there if u want excess repair delay and want to get your vehicle in the worse condition than left there at the beginning. They lost my license plate which was on the vehicle when it was sent for repair and never paid for it. Wouldnt recommend.

Yesterday I stopped by to ask for an estimate as I slightly dented my car in a parking lot like a month ago. It's a Nissan Altima that I bought a year ago. The car bumper was in good shape, just with a 3" diameter dent on the right side along with some little scratches that you can cover with the little bottle of paint you can buy in the parts store. When I got there, there was almost nobody and I had to wait for about 30 mins for a dealer to attend me. The guy didn't even pretend: he was literally looking for making his Christmas bonus out of my little needs. Once he saw the car, he repeated up to five (5) times: "ain't no good". I was amazed since the car just needed a bumper correction and a headlight re-setup. As a ref, it took like three weeks for my carpool mate to realize that there was a dent in the car... Well, the dealer went to check on parts and on the estimate. This time didn't take long (5 mins) and what a surprise... your estimate amounts to $1,500 and that is without really knowing what it's inside. After this robbery attempt I said to the guy: this ain't happening; stop cheating on me. Have a great day! Then I left the place and I tell you: will never come back.

Their service here is top notch. I highly recommend working with them. Bryant was great when assisting me with my car. Everyone on the team is nice and helpful. They are also open on Saturdays until noon, which is very convenient.

I really appreciated how helpful, quick, attentive, and kind Matt was! He was the one who helped me with my collision and always made sure to update me with the status of my car and answered any questions or concerns I had. Really great experience and the process went very smoothly and easily! My car also looks and runs like new as if nothing ever happened to it! So happy! It goes to show how much they care about their customers, the quality of the work they do, and the experiences their customers have with them and making it the best possible. Definitely recommend this place to others!

Lets just say if the rating had a zero that would be my selection. Had my car at shop for antenna problem on Malibu 2016.shop had my car for almost a month. All work was covered. When i finally got my car back ,dirt and parts from some kind of sandpaper in car. Dings on car and something left over from when car was tape up . Lets just say I'm pissed. Wouldn't recommend them
