Horrible work, incompetent. After being told my car was repaired, It took 3 more times and 10 more days. Finally accepted my car,, even though there was still orange peel paint finish. Had enough of their incompetence and excuses.

Excellent service by Jordan from initial phone contact to passenger side mirror replacement. Staff was very professional and courteous, and the job was completed very quickly… while we waited. I’d definitely recommend Caliber and certainly use them again if needed in the future.

Our Service Advisor, Jessica Thompson, at the Rio Salado facility was excellent. She kept us informed of the progress of our repairs, completed the repairs days before the estimated due date, delivered the vehicle, washed and cleaned, to our residence, and offered to return our rental. Would definitely recommend Caliber Collision on Rio Salado. I don't normally write reviews, but feel they deserve one. From the time I walked in and was greeted by Allyson, to meeting with Riki who was honest and detailed while explaining to me what repairs needed to be done, to picking my car up and meeting the manager Cody, this was an all around perfect experience when dealing with an unfortunate situation. He had great attention to detail prior to returning my vehicle to me, including insisting on some further buffing to ensure my satisfaction.
