Best auto body shop in Tempe, Arizona (AZ) 2024

So disappointed in the lack of service. Things started out well with calls and updates, but when there was difficulty finding a new bumper (older car, short supply of parts) the struggle began. We filed the claim with our insurance in late April and the car was dropped at the collision center within a week. Our car has yet to be returned. The insurance says the claim is closed the collision center said they cannot return the car “due to bill of health”. Went up to the center physically and was told by our advisor Bryant, the car should be returned from the dealer yesterday or at the latest today. Still no car or call back. Extremely frustrated, and the response from Bryant repeatedly, “don’t worry about it”. As I told him, we are worried about it which is why we are here. No way the pictures below should have taken over six weeks to fix. Service: Body & Trim ~Mairzi

This place is awesome and Travis is top notch! I'm new to AZ and finding such a honest and respectable mechanic is a gem. I brought my car in because my window wasn't working. Initially the cost to replace the motor and regulator was expensive, but Travis called me in the morning and gave me great news that one of the parts they thought I needed was fine, so that saved me a lot of money. He could have just replaced it and charged me, but he was super honest and I truly appreciate that and I plan on going to the car shop for all my car issues. My car is a 2004, so I'm sure I'll run into more problems with my car. Service: Electrical ~Jon

Would definitely recommend Caliber Collision on Rio Salado. I don't normally write reviews, but feel they deserve one. From the time I walked in and was greeted by Allyson, to meeting with Riki who was honest and detailed while explaining to me what repairs needed to be done, to picking my car up and meeting the manager Cody, this was an all around perfect experience when dealing with an unfortunate situation. They kept me posted as the repairs were being done to my car and were always friendly making sure I was 100% satisfied with their work before I drove away. Services: Painting, Body & Trim ~Diane
