5 Best brake shop in Tempe, Arizona (AZ) 2024

It was a great experience from start to finish. When I first got there Brian was at the front counter and got me all checked in. He told me that my car would be next to get serviced and it was. They removed and installed 4 brand new tires really quick. I was impressed with how quickly and smoothly everything went. My appointment was at 2:00 and I was back on the road by a few minutes after 3:00. I will definitely go back to these guys for any service I may need for my car. ~Linda

This place is awesome and Travis is top notch! I'm new to AZ and finding such a honest and respectable mechanic is a gem. I brought my car in because my window wasn't working. Initially the cost to replace the motor and regulator was expensive, but Travis called me in the morning and gave me great news that one of the parts they thought I needed was fine, so that saved me a lot of money. He could have just replaced it and charged me, but he was super honest and I truly appreciate that and I plan on going to the car shop for all my car issues. My car is a 2004, so I'm sure I'll run into more problems with my car. Service: Electrical ~Jon

I took my two toddlers with me while I waited for my brakes to get fixed. There were toys in the waiting area for them to be entertained and Dave was very nice to them and myself. The customer service itself made me a returning customer. The inspection and diagnoses was well explained and they didn’t try to oversell me things I didn’t need, which is a big plus these days. The mechanics did the work quickly and the prices were fair. I will definitely recommend All Tune & Lube. ~Liliana

I give 1 star because employees were friendly. I bought the ultimate package and added on leather conditioning, wheel clean, and wax. When I picked up my car an hour later it was still so dirty inside. They didn’t even wipe anything down much less condition my leather seats. I went back through and the gentleman assured me he would make sure it was done. After the second time it was still dirty inside and they didn’t condition the seats.
