It was a great experience from start to finish. When I first got there Brian was at the front counter and got me all checked in. He told me that my car would be next to get serviced and it was. They removed and installed 4 brand new tires really quick. I was impressed with how quickly and smoothly everything went. My appointment was at 2:00 and I was back on the road by a few minutes after 3:00. I will definitely go back to these guys for any service I may need for my car.

This place is the greatest. I’ve worked on my own vehicles my entire life. I am reluctant to trust anyone with them. As I’ve grown older it’s hard to repair and work on my vehicles. Well I can honestly say I have complete trust with this group. They’ve always satisfied me and there pricing is very reasonable. I highly recommend them for your car’s repair and maintenance.

Use to be Purcell's...now Big Brand Tire, Brian the Manager is great, works with you and is honest. Dani up front and Rick the tech are great as well, I would definitely recommend as I have gone here for years, great people to deal with👍

Been going to Purcell for years because they're inexpensive and close to the house. Well, they're still close, but.. VERY DISAPPOINTED they spiked their basic oil change from $21.99 to $34.99. A 63% increase! Really?! I'll be shopping around for more realistic prices. It's been nice, but that killed my business w/you. I understand a few dollars increase, but respect your customers - 63%.?. Bye!

The young woman at the front counter was very very helpful. She gave a status update by telling me when they pulled in my car for service n about 10 minutes before my car wash almost done. I appreciated that.

If I knew I will have to kiss hands, bounce between stores, and feel I'm being talked out of my request of service when I need it, I would've not purchased my 4 tires from Purcell. I truly wish I bought them from Discount Tire, but we learn. I had a puncture and I wanted to do the tire balance. I went to Purcell store at Hardy and Broadway more than two hours before they close, I saw that they had two service technicians, no customers, on cars, and I was referred to the store that I bought my tire from because "they will close after two hours and they are short handed, or I will need to come back Monday". What kind of business is that. I went to the store at Southern and Mill Ave. They only had one service technicians (this guy deserves a 10-star award, reward this happily person who was fixing all cars accordingly. Purcell indeed needs more like this awesome technician) and maybe three cars need service. The front desk person (seems to be the manager) explained to me that I need to wait and all that. I accepted to wait for more than hour, they fixed the puncture which's much appreciated but they did not do the balance. They did not even explain to me why they did not do it or ask me to schedule an appointment for it. Not sure why Purcell sells us the service if it is not available and/or do not welcome us when the service is needed. We can not schedule a puncture. I am disappointed and I do not feel our time and safety are respected.

I wanted to say that Purcell tire and service center is awesome. I needed two front tires and they quoted me a very reasonable price and had them installed in less than a half hour. They are professional , courteous, and honest. I would recommend anyone who needs tires or any other care service to consider them for their needs...thanks Purcell! J.W.

I recommend Purcell’s to anyone and everyone! Every time I take my car here, I get an honest and fair price. Work is always done in a timely manner. No outlandish “unforeseen repairs” come up. Just good work done by good people.

I have been going to Purcell for quite sometime now, over 10 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. They have taken good care of my cars and provide great service. Danny is great she is knowledgeable and personable! The techs are great and the manager Brian makes me feel like more than just a number. They give me peace of mind when I take my car in!

I called the day before to make sure they had my tires in stock. I was also surprised that Dodge was able to complete their work in a timely manner. I was so happy I only had to spend 90 minutes to get 4 new tires and an alignment completed. Thank You Brian and I think it was Donna!!!
