So disappointed in the lack of service. Things started out well with calls and updates, but when there was difficulty finding a new bumper (older car, short supply of parts) the struggle began. We filed the claim with our insurance in late April and the car was dropped at the collision center within a week. Our car has yet to be returned. The insurance says the claim is closed the collision center said they cannot return the car “due to bill of health”. Went up to the center physically and was told by our advisor Bryant, the car should be returned from the dealer yesterday or at the latest today. Still no car or call back. Extremely frustrated, and the response from Bryant repeatedly, “don’t worry about it”. As I told him, we are worried about it which is why we are here. No way the pictures below should have taken over six weeks to fix. Service: Body & Trim ~Mairzi
