Came here for some passport photos, I stood by the booth waiting for someone to help. Instead of greeting me with a smile and saying, "How can I help you?" the lady at the checkout just stared at me, not sure as to what she should do. She spoke with another gentleman. He sauntered over and chatted with her, and after about three minutes he looked in my direction and asked if I had been helped. I wanted to say, "No, but I just like standing here for fun." He took the pictures then proceeded to serve two or three customers instead of completing my request. There was just a lack of, what can I say? It was excessively nonchalant. In customer service you ought to be warm and hurry to make people feel welcome. I understand everybody's understaffed right now because of this artificially induced labour shortage, but that's not an excuse to slack off at your job just because you're still working. Feels like customer service took a nose dive since this damn pandemic "new normal" decided to change the standards for everything. ~Julius
