Tony and the crew at First Choice Automotive are by far the friendliest and most honest mechanics that I have ever dealt with! I have been using their services on all 3 of my vehicles for the past 5 years and they have always taken care of me. Very knowledgeable staff that does great work in a timely manner and goes above and beyond for their customers. I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else! Well, obviously, most people choose this place because it has 5 stars. And honestly, you should. The owner attends to his business in a hands on manner. He personally inspected my vehicle and then showed me pictures of my car, explaining it to me in further detail. He then gave 2 estimates. 1 estimate was for all the repairs. The other estimate was for the "in order for it not to break down on you" repairs. Which I appreciated tremendously. While he was working on the vehicle, he fixed one of my AXLES FOR FREE. I asked WHY?! He said he didn't drive it like he should have (which understandable because they were SLAMMED) and he knew I wanted to make sure I was able to drive my vehicle for a long time (like a year because the repairs were 900$ so a year is worth it because it was a 2013 car so kinda old). I mean I don't know, but this shop actually made me super happy so I decided to write a lengthy review But thanks guys 😁 Honest and Fast. I have utilized services of First Choice Automotive couple of times. Loved it. I needed to get brake work done on my car. Tony Rysdyk helped get me scheduled the same day and got the work completed as promised. The price is fair. So far no issues observed. I intend to utilize the service at this workshop again. I was in from out of town and my a/c stopped working. I had to hurry back home and Tony was understanding and able to move my vehicle toward the top of the list. It was a big job that involved more than the a/c, but the pricing was transparent and the work was done perfectly. Would highly recommend. They’re super busy, but worth the time.
