This auto care center is not perfect but far better than all others. The biggest concern I always have is that Walmart auto centers are slow but this location is quick and people behind the counter are not rude.

I went to Walmart today to replace my battery in my truck and it wasn't in stock, so it was suggested that I go to another Walmart about 3-4 miles away and they should have it. When I arrived at the Whitestone location the lady helping a customer walked out with the customer and we all thought she would be right back. 20 minutes later she is out signing in cars for oil changes that were not even there when I arrived. Needless to say I won't be back and they are not in the customer service business.

Don’t say you close at 7 if you close the automotive at 6…. Came in flat tire around 6:15 guy was walking out and bats closed

I’ve been taking my car here for years. Gotten oil changes, air filter replacements and tires repaired or replaced. Service is always friendly, usually pretty fast. Consistently friendly service.

We came here because we had bought our own tires somewhere else and most tire shops are not friendly about that. Discount wanted to charge us double to mount the tires because we didn't buy from them and they were rude. This Walmart Auto Care center was very friendly, fast and gave us a fair price to mount and balance the tires. It also includes a lifetime rotation which was a nice surprise. We will come here from now on.

I was checking to see if they can replace the low beam bulbs and they to my surprise does that service. I took my car there and provide the new bulbs and they did great job in replacing it in less than 1 hour. If I took it somewhere else they would at least take few hours and charge me as twice as what Walmart charged me for .. very happy with the service.

Excellent customer service! This is the second time I have taken my vehicle here (the first time was a year ago to replace the battery) -- today I needed a courtesy check for an engine warning light, and the technician also reconnected the washer fluid hose, no charge. Quick, competent service plus everyone is so friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!
