I went to 3 other places to get my tires changed over. I got responses such as, "We are 2 weeks out", or " Yeah, I can do it", and they managed 1 tire changed and told me they couldn't do the other 3 because of my rims. Called Dan, he did the other 3 in no time at all and didn't charge an arm and a leg!! He will have our business from now on. Thanks Dan!!

Went to Dans automotive to have my ac recharged and my oil changed multiple times. Worth every penny. They are friendly, and tell you everything up front. The office is clean. Dan, his wife Tami and Jake and David are really nice and have great hospitality. Have also used them for a tow. No complaints at all. Would definitely recommend them. Services: Air conditioning, Oil change

My daughter and granddaughter both live in the area and occasionally need a mechanic who single mothers can trust to be honest and fair. In my opinion, Dan's Automotive have treated my girls like family. They have not only been good to them, they also contact me and keep me informed of things needed. And as a father, that's a great feeling to know that someone is looking out for you baby girls. Thank you gentlemen. Yes I highly recommend Dan's Automotive

Vehicle was towed. Never told prices until had to pick up vehicle. Charged over $1300. If I had known this per day charge, would have picked up sooner. They even tried to have the title listed as abandoned so they could keep vehicle. Thank goodness the police called and double checked first.

Monday I had a flat tire: the valve stem broke. I spoke to Dan’s and was quoted $10 and 1/2 hr to replace the stem. Had my car towed, then sat in their waiting room for over 3 hours with zero communication. When I tracked down the office staff and told him I needed to leave in 15 minutes to pick up my child, I he told me that Dan is the only shop person and tow truck driver “he’ll be back in about 1/2 hour” So I need to find someone else to get my child or I could call an Uber, the closest one is 20mins away. My emergency backup was only available for 1/2 hour, so I again touched base with the office worker to be sure my flat tire could be ready in time. Dan returned, replaced my tire, then the office staff asked for my name to fill out paperwork and charged me $103. For a valve stem Not having time to argue, I regrettably paid 10 times the quoted price and left When I had time, I went back to discuss options and give them a chance to make it right. Instead I was yelled at and berated. Even when I mentioned the possibility of getting a new tire (for about the same price as this tiny piece), Dan’s only offer was to remove the valve stem and leave me with a flat tire I was very disappointed in their lack of communication, poor customer service and unwillingness to offer any plausible solutions

On my way home from Michigan, I got into a car accident on the highway. Mikes towing was great! I wasn’t sure if my car was drivable but the gentleman pulling my car out of the median area told me it should drive fine and told me what to look out for. It was a bad situation but his help really made me feel a tons better. I highly recommend this company!

These guys are great!! They also have a towing company called Mike's towing. These are my go to guys if someone needs towing. I work a gas station off the highway and anytime any of my customers needs a tow these are the guys I call. Fast reliable service at prices people can afford!!

I had a great experience at Dan's. They were recommended by a friend after I had received some pretty high quotes from other places for the work I needed done. Dan's was able to get me in the next day and charged 40% less than I had been quoted by other places. They were not able to service my vehicle until the next morning because all of the parts they had ordered had not arrived the first day, but the customer service, great price and final product were worth the wait.
