My husband got my watch battery changed there, when the jewelry store we got it from could not. Just took my rings (2 rings bonded together) to him for repair. He did an excellent job, quickly, and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

Stay away! Literally just called the guy to make an appointment to get my gold money clip appraised and possibly replaced and wouldnt give me the time of day. Talked very sarcastically and demeaning over the phone. Very unprofessional and this was all before I even set foot in the store. Best go to south haven or Kalamazoo.

Brought in engagement ring for repair and a silver bracelet for resizing. After a couple days we got a call saying the pieces were done and we were thrilled at the workmanship. Very pleasant atmosphere in this store and I highly recommend it for your jewelry needs 👍

Depends on day although I paid over 400 for a ring for an ex, week later he bought it off her for scrap, tried buying it back he refused . But all in and all mostly good translations
