As there is no other car rental in the area, their low-quality is the only quality available. I have had no option but to rent from them three times and it is always sketchy and problematic. If you can, rent from somewhere else.

DON’T RENT FROM THIS FACILITY ! ZERO STARS!! They are crooks at this location, the store manager especially! Read everyone else’s experience that are recent or within 2 months of my review. I didn’t get the rental car I reserved online, they charged me for a lost key (Employee admits to losing the key), and charged me for fuel when I returned the car full. It took a month to finally get resolved by Avis Customer Service & Management Team. Never again am I renting from this location!

Unbelievably horrific experience. Dylan initially pushed our reservation 2 hours later because apparently the vehicle wasn’t available so another vehicle that isn’t what I reserved is being delivered. 3 whole hours later Dylan says vehicle is still not available. He said he will keep me posted every hour, of course he didn’t and ultimately a couple of minutes before closing he says call customer service. What a joke. This place desperately needs new management.

I reserved a car well in advance and they called me a day before to tell me they were sold out. What's the purpose of a reservation then? Time to dump Avis and switch my business to another company.

This is the 2nd time I have rented from this location. The first time I had a rate charge issue. The Franchise owner happened to be there and fixed the problem. The 2nd time the Premium SUV I requested months prior they did not have when I arrived. Dylan which by the way is the only employee said that the car was ordered and on its way from another location. I arrived at 9am and told it would arrive at 10am. It was a major inconvenience because I was an hour behind schedule. I thought the car had been cleaned since it was coming from another location. But I received a very dirty Premium SUV. Dylan usually assist customers and cleans cars which is why sometimes when you walk in there is no one at the counter. I blame the franchise owners. This location is poorly managed!

Rented a car for 5 days to go out of town 600 miles away. The truck they gave me was filthy, it says oil change required, the alignment was OFF it was horrible. The guy at the front desk told me if I want to trade it out go to BWI airport. No sorry no nothing never again!! I’ve rented plenty cars and this is 1st I’ve ever ran into this kind of issue.

I have been renting from this location frequently and for a while now. Service is efficient and friendly. Cars very clean and new. Can not say more than I have always been very pleased and happy with their services. I need to add it is a small rental area and usually only one person on staff at a time, and that person is responsible for the cars and renting them out. Gas is always full, cars very well kept up. Would highly recommend them.

I agree with every word and more the last reviewer wrote. I have only been dealing with this location for 3 or 4 visits and have been highly inconvenienced by the clerk putting charges on my account that I didn't agree with before he closed out my contract. He is always in a hurry to get from behind that desk. Communication and good customer service are some of the keys to a successful business. I am done with this location and possibly Avis period. Some of these rental car companies are too relaxed in their business practices. They need the company President showing them what to do I guess. Also I've been renting with Avis for years which make it worst.
