Friendly staff and great sales. However, at check out the cashier didn’t even give me an option to get my receipt printed or emailed. Right when I was about to select it, she did me the favor of just printing it...well that would be fine, but we are currently evacuating and just like in other stores I selected both options, for purposes such as loosing the paper copy during this stressful time. Otherwise seemed like a decent store to visit, just would’ve been nice to get this convenient option.

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY!!! Over the last week I have been arguing with The Children's Place attempting to get my order processed. 4 orders in one week were cancelled due to "invalid shipping address" and "not matching the billing address". I called their customer service department and we conferenced in my bank who verified all my information was correct. I was told 48 hrs it would be resolved. It was not. Called them again today and they kept saying it wasn't their department and refused to fix the situation even telling me that it would be over another week to even hear back from their department, and it wouldn't even fix these situation. It would just be confirming AGAIN with my bank. I am personally cancelling my account with them and never supporting a company who doesn't care about their customers. #lousycustomerservice #refusestohelp #thechildrensplace
