now that they have EA instead of the "raffle" system things have been much better. The app is awful but that is out of the stores control, have pretty good service when i go here to pick up my shoes

You literally have to know that fat wobbly New York guy to get any new J’s I ain’t never see someone so ugly, refusing to sell some shoes! Boynton do better and get some new employees

If you’re not black, good luck getting any customer service. Easy to see why the Boynton Mall has gone downhill over the years. Will never step foot in there again and if you’re white I wouldn’t waste your time either.

I purchased a pair of exclusive shoes from this finish line about two months ago. A bubble on the shoe was defective and I was told by Nike to return it to the store where I purchased it. When I try to do that the first woman I talk to you was so lazy that I felt like I was putting her out of her way to even ask you a question. Once I finally got the manager he was of little help if any. He was not versed on any of their policies I had no idea of any of the policies of the third-party companies with Nike Air Jordan excetera. I will not be buying any of my shoes from the store again. Keep in mind up in shopping here for 3 years thank you

I was looking for a pair of sneakers that I desperately want and must have. These two searched and searched until they found a store that has the shoes and asked for them to be transferred to their store for me. I will say that Anthony and Destiny today really displayed what Great Customer Is and Should Be!!! If I could leave zero stars I would. I've shopped at this location for almost 10 years. 2 days ago I bought a pair of $180 shoes that I briefly tried on. I went to work and noticed the shoes were too narrow for my feet. I wore them only a couple hours and had to take them off and change them as my feet were hurting. Today I go into the store to exchange them only to be told I wore them and the shoes can't and will not be refunded or exchanged. The staff was ignorant and rude, I will never shop here again!!!

Called ahead to ask if they had a specific shoe in stock and the gentleman that answered was very helpful. When I arrived it was almost closing time and they still helped me out without concerns. It was very busy and customer service was still on point.

Very poor an inapropiate behavior from the employees, no professionalism at all. They yell each other and pass on the customer services like they are all managers and it is not their job to assist customers. Very low services and awful enviroment. People that spend money regarless if it is $20 or $500. They should be treated with courtesy and well manners. But I guess the company thinks that we need them....here in USA there is plenty of other stores where they really understand that customers deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy, and deserve to feel comfortable in the place. But the Finish Line managers don't care about it at all and that is the reason why they hire that TYPE OF EMPLOYEES.
