So I made an appointment for 1 PM waited 2 hours they finally got my car in the building I'd promptly ask for my keys and left they need to work on their business practice and uphold their appointments that come in on time if not 10 minutes earlier then they should have Absolutely awful employees and was told no place will install tires I bought somewhere else and called every tire place and was told they would install as well.

Service center is horrible. They failed my car for an inspection. I went to get a second opinion at my dealer and they said the tech that failed my car had no clue what he was talking about. Best believe I’m getting my money back from these filthy animals.

Went for a state inspection and they failed me for not having brand new wiper blades despite mine being fine. They also claim my defroster filter was clogged and "chewed by rodents" despite my car being barely 2 years old and having never had an issue nor any indication of an issue. I had no warning lights, no weird sounds, no smells, nothing that would indicate this issue. Everything works perfectly fine in my car. Seemed more like they were trying to take advantage of me and get me to pay for service I didn't need. Also after I declined they took an extra 10 or 15min to give me my cars and the next day I had a flat tire with a screw placed into my tire in the back that looks like it may have intentionally been placed there. I can't say for sure it was them but it was conveniently right after I went there and turned down service. As seen in the photo, this is a pretty unusual spot to just accidentally run over a screw. It is placed on the inner side of the tire. If you're a female, I wouldn't trust them to actually give you fair service or an accurate judgment of your car

Had an unfortunate flat tire late at night on a Saturday. Pep Boys Manchester was able to get my car in on Sunday morning and repair it quickly for a very fair price. They sent text messages advising me of the progress of the repair and I was able to pick it back up about 2 hours earlier than expected. This particular store doesn't sell auto parts anymore. The tire service was excellent. They also gave advice on returning to have the lug nuts re-tourqued after 25 miles which is a good safety tip. Thank you!

They didn't seem to want to deal with me at first because they don't like Carvana's warranty department, but they got the job done for the most part. Missed a light bulb but still got my car inspected.

One of the worst experiences I've had, the girl at the desk was incredibly rude. She was wearing a sweatshirt with a hood which was up over her head. Very unprofessional looking regardless of the business. I showed up about 20 minutes early for my appointment, which I acknowledged. I said I had an appointment at 10, she rolled her eyes at me and said you're early. Which I understand, I wasn't rude or demanding, I just said okay no problem. She sighed and asked if I was leaving my car, I said I had planned on waiting she then barked that it would be a two hour wait because I was a half an hour early. I was taken aback by her response. So I said what would the wait be if I showed up at 10. She snapped back with an hour and a half. Even though I had an appointment, she went off about how you can't walk in and be seen immediately. Which I understand and wasn't expecting to be seen. I told her to cancel my appointment and would go somewhere else where they are not as rude. Will not be back there, and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

My vehicle has been dealer kept all its life, but when it developed a safety issue Pep Boys got me in fast! I especially appreciate Sandra, who is very knowledgeable, no nonsense, fair and confident in her field. She helped guide me through the process with having my front end repaired and took the time to explain thoroughly exactly what needed to be done! I was so impressed with her that I actually decided to buy a set of tires after the repair! She made sure the tires would be appropriate for my needs AND within my budget! While waiting for the initial service, I had the opportunity to wait in the lounge and observe her taking care of other customers and I was amazed at how well she was able to interact with her customers, so many of them were demanding and rude yet she kept a smile on her face and continued to be honest and fair with them! You truly have an asset in Sandra and I will continue to come back based on the way she treated me and others! I hope to update this review once my ongoing repair issues are completed. EDIT: Jay was the service person that handled my warranty work on the front end and new tire installation. Although he didn't have my appointment in his books, my tires had in fact arrived as scheduled and he honored my appointment. The installation was FAST!!! So fast that they forgot to put my wheel center caps back on properly!!! I am missing one and one is loose. New appointment now and will update with details. The saga continues...😳
