Wonderful sales staff. Felt very welcoming walking in, greeted by all the staff and had the door held open going in. I did most of the basic info on the vehicle over the phone with a gentleman named Kyle and a co worker in the same dept named Jess. Both very helpful. Tamara was my salesperson, very good with efficiency and explaining the process. Austin was my finance manager, also conducted himself like a professional. Had an unfortunate flat tire late at night on a Saturday. Pep Boys Manchester was able to get my car in on Sunday morning and repair it quickly for a very fair price. They sent text messages advising me of the progress of the repair and I was able to pick it back up about 2 hours earlier than expected. This particular store doesn't sell auto parts anymore. The tire service was excellent. They also gave advice on returning to have the lug nuts re-tourqued after 25 miles which is a good safety tip. Thank you! ~Lauren
