Wonderful sales staff. Felt very welcoming walking in, greeted by all the staff and had the door held open going in. I did most of the basic info on the vehicle over the phone with a gentleman named Kyle and a co worker in the same dept named Jess. Both very helpful. Tamara was my salesperson, very good with efficiency and explaining the process. Austin was my finance manager, also conducted himself like a professional. The guys at the door greeted me and I told them that I had appointment. I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment but Bob met me shortly. He showed me the CR-V and we test drove it. It was great. Later we discussed the vehicle and different finance options. Honda actually had a better rate than my bank. I finished the financial papers with Rodrigo. I had a rental from the airport so Bob took me to drop it off. I was very pleased. I bought an older vehicle but they still made me feel important. ~Daniel
