Wonderful sales staff. Felt very welcoming walking in, greeted by all the staff and had the door held open going in. I did most of the basic info on the vehicle over the phone with a gentleman named Kyle and a co worker in the same dept named Jess. Both very helpful. Tamara was my salesperson, very good with efficiency and explaining the process. Austin was my finance manager, also conducted himself like a professional. I purchased my 1st ever Mercedes at MB of Manchester, NH. I’ve owned it now for a little over a year and I absolutely love the car. This location has many genuine people that work there in every department. It all started with Phil, who sold me the car. I purchased the prepaid maintenance plan and it’s been exceptional. Michael in the service department is a huge asset to MB and has treated me with the upmost respect and kindness. Stephanie was readily available to help with a misunderstanding and settled it to my satisfaction. Melissa who was probably tired of my phone calls🤣 treated me with respect and assisted me to quickly resolve a concern. I am looking forward to my appointment in a couple weeks for an upgrade to my car. I would highly recommend MB of Manchester to anyone who is looking to purchase a car. My only regret is that I did not buy a Mercedes sooner. ~Kim

Had an unfortunate flat tire late at night on a Saturday. Pep Boys Manchester was able to get my car in on Sunday morning and repair it quickly for a very fair price. They sent text messages advising me of the progress of the repair and I was able to pick it back up about 2 hours earlier than expected. This particular store doesn't sell auto parts anymore. The tire service was excellent. They also gave advice on returning to have the lug nuts re-tourqued after 25 miles which is a good safety tip. Thank you! ~Lauren

The guys at the door greeted me and I told them that I had appointment. I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment but Bob met me shortly. He showed me the CR-V and we test drove it. It was great. Later we discussed the vehicle and different finance options. Honda actually had a better rate than my bank. I finished the financial papers with Rodrigo. I had a rental from the airport so Bob took me to drop it off. I was very pleased. I bought an older vehicle but they still made me feel important. ~Daniel
