Best mechanic in Manchester, New Hampshire (NH) 2024

PLEASE, DO NOT ❌ bring your car to that “business”. I bought my tires at Amazon and had the installation scheduled directly through Amazon for Sunday, today, at 9 am. When I got there the clerk told me that there 3 cars in front of me and to install two tires would take two hours. So my fiancé picked me up and we left. 3 hours later I still had not received a call so I called them when the same guy told me that they were gonna put my car on the elevator in about 20 minutes. 2 hours after that I had still not received a call from them when we decided to drive back there and I saw my truck parked in the same exactly spot I left in the morning with the old tires still in place. When I got there I realized other cars on the elevator and parking lot that weren’t there in the morning when I had my appointment scheduled. I promptly told him that wanted my new tires and left the store with the tires in my hands. PLEASE, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, read the BAD reviews and DO NOT ❌ bring your car there. ~Rodrigo

The guys at the door greeted me and I told them that I had appointment. I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment but Bob met me shortly. He showed me the CR-V and we test drove it. It was great. Later we discussed the vehicle and different finance options. Honda actually had a better rate than my bank. I finished the financial papers with Rodrigo. I had a rental from the airport so Bob took me to drop it off. I was very pleased. I bought an older vehicle but they still made me feel important. ~Daniel
