Eric, the store manager, is top notch, professional and VERY accommodating, answers all questions and make you a priority. The crew is knowledgeable and speedy, while at the same time doing the job correct. I’m a long time customer and for these reasons I keep coming back.

PLEASE, DO NOT ❌ bring your car to that “business”. I bought my tires at Amazon and had the installation scheduled directly through Amazon for Sunday, today, at 9 am. When I got there the clerk told me that there 3 cars in front of me and to install two tires would take two hours. So my fiancé picked me up and we left. 3 hours later I still had not received a call so I called them when the same guy told me that they were gonna put my car on the elevator in about 20 minutes. 2 hours after that I had still not received a call from them when we decided to drive back there and I saw my truck parked in the same exactly spot I left in the morning with the old tires still in place. When I got there I realized other cars on the elevator and parking lot that weren’t there in the morning when I had my appointment scheduled. I promptly told him that wanted my new tires and left the store with the tires in my hands. PLEASE, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, read the BAD reviews and DO NOT ❌ bring your car there.

I bought some new tires for my VW online and needed to them to be installed. I decided to pop into Mavis on South Willow on my way home from work late Saturday afternoon to see if they could squeeze me in. Meghan, the fantastic young lady who greeted me immediately as I walked in told me that they'd indeed be able to do the work while I waited. The work took far less than the 90 minutes I was quoted, my time in the clean and cool waiting room was very short. An issue was found by a tech with one of my shocks and Meghan quoted me a very reasonable price for the installation of both rear shocks and even offered to beat any lower price I might find. VWs can be pricy to repair so I will definitely be returning. Thank you for the excellent customer service, everyone knows how elusive that can be these days!

Alex was absolutely fantastic!! Dropped off my Nissan Rogue which needed the entire rear done. He got it done in the same couple of hours. If you’re looking for an honest mechanic with great rates, Mavis is the place for you!

Im really happy with my experience at Mavis tire. The person I dealt with at the front counter (Eddie) was really helpful. He took care of the issues I was having with my tire and very professional just the amount of respect giving towards me made me more appreciated of there service Will absolutely go back there again.

For almost half a decade, I've been coming here twice a year every year for snow tires and haven't had any issues until now. When i called to set up an appointment, a man named eddy was very rude! He was constantly interrupting with what he thought i wanted before i said what i needed and was way to eager to just get of the phone. He put me on hold forever then started addressing me by another customer's name. When i tried to verify info he was short and not coherent. Eddy needs customer service training.

Everyone was completely helpful and quick to get my truck in for all 4 tires and alignment! They beat every price quote I received from competitors by 10-20% This is my 3rd set of tires I’ve gotten on 3 different vehicles and have never had a problem with uneven wear or even a flat tire.. I highly recommend saving your time and money by getting your tires at Mavis 👌🏼

I had the best experience with Mavis Tires and Brakes. They are very customer-focused and have excellent attitudes! Explained everything to me that I needed to know. I used the Manchester New Hampshire service center and I highly recommend them. Eddie was awesome and check out with Alex was just as awesome. Mavis will now be my new Service Center!
