Best car repair in Manchester, New Hampshire (NH) 2024

PLEASE, DO NOT ❌ bring your car to that “business”. I bought my tires at Amazon and had the installation scheduled directly through Amazon for Sunday, today, at 9 am. When I got there the clerk told me that there 3 cars in front of me and to install two tires would take two hours. So my fiancé picked me up and we left. 3 hours later I still had not received a call so I called them when the same guy told me that they were gonna put my car on the elevator in about 20 minutes. 2 hours after that I had still not received a call from them when we decided to drive back there and I saw my truck parked in the same exactly spot I left in the morning with the old tires still in place. When I got there I realized other cars on the elevator and parking lot that weren’t there in the morning when I had my appointment scheduled. I promptly told him that wanted my new tires and left the store with the tires in my hands. PLEASE, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, read the BAD reviews and DO NOT ❌ bring your car there. ~Rodrigo

On Oct 3rd I was there in quite a panic. I just bought a vintage camper and the mirrors on my Jeep Wrangler weren't wide enough to see around camper. Also my tow pkg needed an adapter for lights to work. I had another 5 hour drive home to NY. I was near tears realizing I couldn't drive it home the way it was. He was so kind and understanding this man at the counter. He put the mirrors on. Put the adaptor on. After me he helped an elderly man put on a windshield wiper. I dont know if this is all policy but ORiellys you better hold on to this employee ! He is a true asset to your company ! ~Tina
