Our salesman Cleveland was awesome! He was very personable, Ira Toyota of Manchester didn't push any vehicle on us, like other dealerships have. It was the best experience buying a car. Also Peter the finance manager was great too, with explaining everything! Highly recommend!

Ira really needs to figure out a better way of checking customers in. I waited 30 minutes to check in for my appointment. They have two service bays and absolutely no process for identifying the order cars arrive in. As a result someone who came in 7 minutes after me was welcomed for their appointment before me and exited before anyone even greeted me. At one point there were 5 people seated behind desks not helping a single person for a solid 8 minutes. When I expressed this to my service advisor they agreed with my frustration and said there's nothing they can do - they had no viable solution. I suggested that the gentleman who placed a rolled up floor and seat cover on my side mirror could assign numbers at that time but she said they couldn't get to this. In any event my car has less than 9k miles on it. I was noticing a weird smell from the air conditioner. After a technician looked at my vehicle they said they could do an AC flush but it wasn't covered by the warranty I purchased less than a year ago. When I asked about this they said the best they could do was 15% off the service. Sorry but considering the smell goes away when the car runs long enough -- which I had the pleasure of discovering as I waited 30 minutes to check in -- I'm all set. This experience this morning was absolutely horrible and I'm reminded of why I swore off ever getting my vehicle serviced there a few years ago.

It seems the service here is poor, I understand that most of their money comes from service and repairs. Suggesting unnecessary service and repairs is a little low. I have paid for a protection program that covers wheel and tires, and service for my new car yet they fail to understand that it’s covered by this program. being told that my A tire plug wouldn’t be covered after I have called and confirmed that they do indeed cover all repairs and replacement for road hazards. I was told that it didn’t, a simple phone call said that they had to call and it would be covered. My last visit with a break fluid change though at 40k miles I recently had a state inspection that says the guild was clear, meaning it wasn’t anywhere close to needing changed. Front engine cleaning is when there is enough carbon build up that there could possibly be a misfire in the engine which tends to be a big issue. It is not necessary for a newer car even at 40k. Decline all of the paying services and have someone trustworthy looking at your car. I may not be a trained mechanic but I have don't plenty of work on my previous car, I paid for a protection program in order not to be under my car during cold or Hot weather, tire and wheel protection was a plus. Read and understand what you’re being asked of, I only come here because Nashua is always busy and it’s never busy enough here. I wonder why.

Went in for a pre owned vehicle and had a great experience. I worked with Dave who was very quick to get my trade-in appraised and my paperwork done. Finance department was pretty fast and personable. Didn’t hide a bunch of fees in my breakdown and I feel like I got a smooth and fair deal. There are negative reviews for out of state deals but I’m a KY resident with other issues and they made it pretty seamless

I recently purchased a 2021 Toyota RAV4 XLE Premium from Ira Toyota of Manchester, and although the experience started off a bit rocky, it was an easy, smooth and wonderful experience as soon as I was connected with salesman Muamer Durakovik "Mo." Like all dealerships right now, the new car inventory was nonexistent, which was frustrating, so Mo took the time to find the exact vehicle I wanted & had it shipped to Ira Toyota of Manchester for me. I was hesitant to lock myself in to a vehicle before I even had eyes on it, but Mo explained that a fully-refundable $500 deposit was all it took to secure the vehicle for me, and I could change my mind if the vehicle arrived, and it wasn't everything I wanted. He took the time to get this process started for me on his day off, and he even had me test drive a similar pre-owned RAV4 so I could get the feel of it before mine arrived. The RAV4 arrived four days early, and I fell in love as soon as I set eyes on her. Mo took the time to have the RAV I test drove and the RAV I purchased parked up front and warmed up upon my arrival. Talk about going above and beyond! When I arrived to purchase my RAV, Mo had everything ready, so I was in and out very quickly. I worked with Peter Plansky in Finance, and he was so patient and clearly explained all of my options, answered all of my questions and helped me choose the best payment route for me. Never once did I feel pressured by Mo or Peter. I felt they were doing all they could to help me and ensure I was not only happy with my new vehicle, but thrilled and confident I was making the right choice. Mo has followed up with me a couple times to see how I was liking my new RAV4, which I appreciate the follow-through. Thank you so much, Mo and Peter, for treating me with respect, honesty and genuine customer service.

This was by far the best purchasing experience I had ever had. I came here to Ira Toyota seeking out initially a truck. However due to demand it was limited coming in and they had suggested a 2022 Toyota Camry. I was working with a salesman by the name of Mike who went above and beyond. He was very well knowledge with the vehicle and features. We were able to overcome a couple of obstacles with the finance department and I was able to drive away the same day with it. This is by far the best purchase I have ever made and I will definitely be coming back. Big kudos again to Mike for being one hell of a salesman and going above and beyond!
