I went through the drive through today with my sick baby waiting for her prescription and asked for children’s Tylenol . The Lady who was at the window told me no I can’t get that. So I took the phot of where it says you can as I didn’t want to take my sick child out of the car. She came back over and I pointed it out and with her eyes rolling and her nasty looks towards me she said whatever I can go and get it…… my family will no longer go to this rite aid. I’m disgusted.

I have to say, for it being one of the only 24hr pharmacy-store in the area, is always kept really clean, and the associates are always super helpful.

I like the staff here BUT not all pharmacists there is one girl there who thinks she’s better than everyone and judges people for what meds they are on.. I was so disgusted yesterday I’m definitely calling corporate on her bc that is one thing a pharmacist should NEVER do.. and I spend ALOT of money in that store and now I’m taking my business somewhere else bc of her ! Ughh pretty sad.. .. AND I hope she see’s this…think twice b4 sending scripts here..

Pharmacy is a nightmare. Always complications and continuously messing up orders. Long lines and wait times. Typically understaffed. Hard to reach on the phone. 3 years later and nothings changed, in fact, it's even worse. Had a pharmacist, woman I won't name because unlike her I have a conscience, decided she would play God with my Rx and decide when it was time to allow me to pick it up, even after my Dr. called TWICE to fix there screw up. Stay as far away from here as possible and those disgraceful excuse of pharmacists that work there.

The pharmacy is great. When I was sick this summer, even though I was a first time customer to the pharmacy, they had my prescription ready in ten minutes. There are 2 gentlemen who work the front end counter that are extremely helpful. There is one girl that scans seemingly deliberately slow, she can take up to 15 minutes to scan a small order. There is another girl that is always sitting behind the counter on her phone, even as a line builds waiting for her. The front end girl with green, sometimes blue hair, is extremely rude & is often smoking cigs out front as the line builds. I’ve had to go out and get her. Overall, I love the store since they rebuilt it, it is typically well stocked with plenty of variety & always clean. Security is very pleasant. I do sometimes hear front end people gossiping about customers as they leave the store. At least wait until all of your customers are gone.

ZERO STARS. Twenty-four hour pharmacy & I've called three times in past 24 hrs re: status on filling my diabetes med. No answer each time so I left a message & call back # each time. No response from them at all. Just tried again and *surprise* - no answer. This is just BEYOND bad. A sign of the times & what happens when there's no longer local accountability. I''ll be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere. You know they have a problem when the CEO is on recording with excuses for unanswered calls. Notice that the negative reviews have the same generic corporate contact info in the responses, not even the store manager's info.

I arrived around 730 pm for my sons medicine. They told me they were backed up a couple hours and would need an hour to fill it. Okay that’s annoying but whatever I’ll come back. Fast forward to 1145 pm ( I got hung up trying to soothe my son to sleep because double ear infection) and they told me they needed 20 minutes . They had never filled it or tried to even though they told me earlier they would . Everyone earlier was walking around slowly and talking you’d never guess they were busy. Maybe if they actually Did their jobs they wouldn’t be backed up. If you can send your scripts to other pharmacies because this one is absolute trash.

I have not had any negative experience here, I am only writing because of the appearance of your parking lot. It is absolutely disgusting and looks like it has never been cleaned, with trash and cigarette butts everywhere. As you pull in, the trash has comfortably settled into the space between your car and the sidewalk. In just an hour or so, an employee could come out to clean it up with a broom and dustpan. This is just one photo but the entire parking lot looks like this and worse. It looks very bad so I hope you are able to have someone attend to it.

So impressed with this Rite Aid, Pharmacy and Non-Pharmacy employees/services. The employees were always very friendly and helpful. I frequented this store for various needs and was always given a warm welcome. The Pharmacy is brilliant, I'm sure accidents happen, but after living in 5 towns and regularly filling prescriptions in various pharmacies this is the most efficient and helpful pharmacy I have EVER been to. Doug and Derek in the pharmacy are awesome, they both and others went above and beyond to help me figure out some prescription issues unrelated to Rite Aid. Their patience is admirable. I also received my 1st COVID shot here, the process was easy, efficient, and professional. I really felt like the staff in all departments truly cared about their customers. Also, great offers and deals through the Rite Aid Membership.
