Been with Walgreens at this location for years. In the past year all I get is a rude attitude everytime I am dealing with Jennifer over the phone or in drive thru. She rushes the interaction and gave me misinformation on three different occasions. Due to her rudeness! Like she owns the place and has no time to make sure we are allset. Her customer interactionis is not pleasant. After this last phone call with her. I am now going to CVS. I barely have to communicate with staff, the few times I do. They make you feel that your bothering them especially Jennifer! She acts like she is above us.This is not okay! Bye Walgreens on Valley!

This is the worst pharmacy. Staff are very rude and every time my son needs a prescription I need to wait days. This has happened to me 3 times in the past 6 months.

I have to agree with many others that the pharmacy staff is rude and incompetent. I called to ask if they sell nebulizer tubing without a prescription, because you can't get a nebulizer without one, and the person asks if I have a prescription... we had a little back and forth while I tried to explain that's why I was asking. They put me on hold and the 2nd person was better, though quite curt, I did get clarity. But, 1 star after 2 days of rudeness from staff both inside and outside. Moreover, just because a different customer was rude, doesn't mean their staff can treat all the OTHER customers like a-holes. I'll be patronizing other businesses from now on.

I would rate 0 if I could. This place has rhe worst customer service. For instance, I was in line waiting for my script today and they had 1 of 5 people working both the counter and the driver thru at the same time. They felt it more important for 2 people to do inventory during peak time. Among the other issue I have with this place. Skip it and go to rite aid or cvs.

Rude, condescending , and incompetent are the best words to describe the pharmacy staff. While I understand the store is located in a city and there are staffing shortages many retail chains are facing, the rudeness and incompetence exhibited by some of the pharmacy staff today was amazing. Had scheduled 2 vaccines. Showed up 20 mins early. Finally got to the window 5 mins after my appointment just to find out that they have no record of my appointment and already have another person scheduled at my appointed time. Was told I should go home (25 mins away) and get the email I was sent to prove I had an appointment. I gave them the confirmation code.....still told no, go get the email. Eventually, someone else came up the the counter to assist me. I provided her with the information as well as taking the confirmation code Walgreens provided me, and look up, via my phone, the details of my visit on the Walgreens website. I was told ok, but of the 2 vaccines I say I scheduled, they didn't have one in stock. I would have to come back Monday. Explained to them that wasn't acceptable as I am going to be away long-term starting tomorrow and had scheduled this a month ago. I was told "maybe you should go to cvs, but call them first". Eventually, they called the other Walgreens on Main St who confirmed that they had the vaccine in stock and would be happy to squeeze me in. Obviously the staff cannot control the problems of the Walgreens infrastructure and tech deficits, but how they deal with it is a different issue. Once they were shown on the Walgreen's website that my appointments were valid, it was there responsibility to do what it takes to correct the problem....not suggest I go someplace else or have the pharmacist who administers the vaccines hide to avoid being questioned.

The staff can come off as snappy but I chalk that up to the rudeness of the customers at this store. The staff might be trying to have customers in and out in a quicker time as this walgreens is the most busy in the area.

This has to be the worst store in Manchester. You call first to make sure they have a certain product but when you get there and ask the associate she looks at you with 3 heads and tells you they don't have it 5 minutes after calling them!! You talk to the pharmacy and they're as rude as the rest! The store is dirty, there's product everywhere on the floor. Don't waste your time here. Totally unprofessional.

I usually have excellent customer service at the Pharmacy. Today a woman named Jennifer was manning the drive-thru. I have never met anyone so RUDE. Not only was she rude to me, but little did she know I could hear how she was talking to her co-workers after she put the phone down. This is no way to treat customers. Very poor customer service.

Staff are extremely rude (men cashier and woman at pharmacy). Went there 2x for my covid shots and the second time was worse than the first. The asian guy at register was extremely, EXTREMELY RUDE and unprofessional!! The pharmacy lady I believe she hates her job, because she is always complaining about something in front of everyone.
