Placed an order Friday August 6th. Went there to find store closed. Called customer service. Told it would re-open Monday. Here it is Monday August 9th and they have emailed numerous times stating order ready and I have 4 days to pick up. Once again I drive to store after calling with no answer to find store is still closed. Once again I call customer service. On hold for a very lengthy time to be told there's basically nothing they can do. That store should be open later if not tomorrow😡 and the 7 days to pick up doesn't end till Friday the 13th!! Can't even have delivered? And all they could do was send me another 20% off coupon like I'll ever use it. At this point I'm done with famous footwear's service!! So annoying as a customer to have to keep calling or checking... Smdh!!! Where's the customer service?
