Wow! Amazing customer service. The Rep was very friendly, informative and respectable. She answered as many questions as needed. In case you happen to go into the store, the Rep name is Ivy. She is amazing, she makes you feel so comfortable. Since I never had such professionalism and outstanding service I had to buy a phone to support her business. since we do not find people like her in customer service it makes me think something was wrong with me. Keep up the good work Ivy.
