Did a load for Jear logistic when I got here I got turned away because my broker never got the appointment time confirmed so I had to wait a 2 extra days and drove over all of New Jersey to my broker happy cause they said I would get a “fair compensation” turns out what they think fair is for me losing two days and eating into my home time is 400 dollars avoid Jear logistics shady brokers

Overall, the place is convenient for large scale items, and the prices are reasonable. The two star rating is for the poor customer service. 90 precent of the staff appear to hate their job and rarely greet the customers. I was there the past Wednesday and I approached the front desk because I left my card at home. The female clerk saw me, ignored me, and continued to text on her phone. Once she was done texting, I informed her about my card. She gave me a temporary pass card, but when I asked another question, she gave me an attitude. After the purchase was over, I met with my cashier, who was better than some of the other employees I had dealt with in the past. If the customer service was better, this place would be a great place.

Happy with depot. Been coming here for 7 years. Most prices are cheaper or the same as the distributor. Staff is polite and helpful. They are struggling to staff just like everyone else.

We understand this place is more for business owner who come here for shoping for there resturants. But for some reason everyone (literally everyone) was rude. Whole environment was unpleasant and hostile. Won't recommend any one to ho here

Whenever I go to Restaurant Depot I’m greeted by friendly staff who all know me by name. People are very well informed about their departments if you have questions. It is always well organized with more than enough options in all categories

Double check the receipt before you left. Also, don’t recommend buying any equipment there. Once you bought it, it is almost impossibly gave refund even it is damaged by them. Feels like they are trying their best, hardest not to get it back. Buy whatever you can see by naked eyes. Don’t feel they want to take care you, feel like they just want your money and leave them alone. Try the restaurant depot at Waterbury, if you can. They are doing better job.

Prices seem to be going up faster than grocery stores and wholesale clubs. Still if you need large quantity of most things you will still do ok. Not to many shortages this last time, so that's one good thing.

So bad service and terrible customer service. I called to ask a question about an item. The man who answered the phone transferred me someone else, I asked the lady how much is that item she told me hold for a minute. I was in the phone waiting for 11 minuets. I hung up the phone and I called right back to talk to the same man. I was a little mad about it. What shocks me is the way the man who answered the phone replied to me. He was going on me and cussing me. I’m really disappointed. 2 weeks later on a Saturday which is a busy day for them. They only had 2 cash register open. I was waiting in the line for a good 50 minuets

You can buy the same products cheaper most times at Sam's Club or BJ's. I'm very disappointed. Plus at Sam' you don't have to be worried about getting run over by a forklift.
