I needed to "port" my phone number and cell phone over to Metro PCS from my previous carrier. I waited 35 minutes in line yesterday to be told by both of the customer service reps that I needed a "T-Mobile transfer pin" that was separate from my T-mobile security pin and to come back the next day as they were closing. I explained that I had called T-Mobile several times and they said this was the only info Iw pile need and asked if they would call the company to clarify which they said they could not do. I then spent two hours on the phone with T-Mobile only to be told by a supervisor that the security pin that I had already provided to this customer service rep was in fact my transfer pin, that they are the same number. I went to the Londonderry location today in hopes there would be someone who understood what they were doing, which there was (go to Lindsey at Metro PCS in Londonderry she is fantastic). I was also offerer a far better deal than what was even mentioned to me in Manchester and she had the process complete in under 20 minutes. I wont bother with this location again and training is needed for the reps that work here please.

We usually see Thomas and he is amazing! He saw someone else and he didn't help us set the phone up, like Thomas would... Very disappointed.

Went in to switch over from Verizon. Robert the gentleman who helped me was absolutely excellent. He should get a raise. Got me on the best phone and the best deal possible. Go see Robert he's the man!

Visited on 4/28/22 approximately 4 pm with hacked phone that wouldn't charge, due for an upgrade, Wifi at home and I also receive the Affordable Connectivity Program Discount. I guess that really confused him because he disregarded ALL OF THAT. Just moved here from Mass. Each of the 3 guys were less knowledgeable and/or helpful than the other. I left with a phone I didn't want. A new phone number and a plan I said I didn't want. Then, excuse after excuse that they couldn't help me after I went back inside because phone wasn't downloading, just buffering was told T-Mobile's 5G is "down". . .now with 2-Step Verification I couldn't get in because the code was going to my Tablet at home. OMG, at this point they tried to make think I was crazy that there were no cabs in Manchester that they could call for me....I was literally in tears. I just moved up here. No idea where I am....now no phone to even get someone's number.....no way to get Lyft....can't verify myself with Google. NEEDLESS to say upon arriving home I contacted Metro support. She was helpful and apologized, got me back my regular phone number. Credited me for buying a Plan I don't need and said the phone I want will be free to go to another location and just make sure it is in stock. Those dudes were chillin', hanging on their phones, no customers present and I guess I disturbed them. My guess is their lack of knowledge of just about anything I asked them, their poor customer service skills and their lack of interest in being of any assistance will prove not to be conducive to their longevity at Metro By T-Mobile located on Valley Street, Manchester, New Hampshire.

I see a lot of new faces and none of the great ones , I honestly don’t know what’s going on with the management team , letting go of the best workers and keeping around those rude lazy high workers. Store should differently be put under investigation

Absolutely useless. Derry was able to do what they sore was absolutely not possible.. being lazy and not wanting to do something is different than not being able to.

I bought a phone at this location while on vacation and was promised a Visa rewards card with my new phone. I tried to call them but the store only provides a national phone #. When I called the #, they told me to contact the store locally. How does one do that?
