Needed a new phone for one of my daughters last minute. Went to the Verizon in the mall and happened to get Jake Leigh. He walked us through the phone options and was up front on costs and options. Loved how personable he was and he even stayed well after closing to set the phone up. Will ask feel him for now on and recommend to our friends. Thanks Jake.

I had the most amazing experience at this location. Matt Bruce the salesman was insanely helpful. I had lost half my cloud a few years ago and no one could get it back when I tried to go to Verizon. Well it turns out that they just never took the time to import the old cloud onto the new phone and Matt did just that he got me back thousands of pictures that I thought were gone forever.. not only that but he also helped me switch to a Motorola phone which I love so much better. I highly recommend going to see him at this store he will really make sure that you are comfortable with your new phone and have everything imported from your old phone before you leave.

Went into Verizon to get help transferring my husband’s old iPhone 6 to new iPhone SE. Daniel took care of that quickly. In conversation I decided to upgrade my iPhone 12 to a new iPhone 13. Transfer went smoothly, but the label for returning the old phone was not coming up in the program. Daniel called various people, explaining what he needed, and finally got it done. His persistence paid off. I could understand his frustration but he was pleasant at all times. A “thumbs up” also to Dan, a trainee who observed/assisted Daniel throughout the visit.

I went into the store not wanting to get rid of my iPhone 7 because let’s face it I’m not the greatest person at changing things and my phone was working OK. Thankfully Matt was available to help and made the upgrade to a new iPhone 13 seamless. Matt made sure to explain the entire process to me and assured me that my new phone would look exactly like my old phone which it does. The whole experience was really neat and I had a great time working with Matt to upgrade my phone. His follow up after my purchase was greatly appreciated and I know if I have any issues with my phone or the ability to recommend Matt to anyone in the future I absolutely will. A wonderful cellular experience with amazing customer service! The process of getting a new phone, from picking the device to transferring data, was easy. Our salesman, Tom, was great to work with and emphasized going above and beyond in the name of customer satisfaction. He gave us detailed recommendations as well as cost-effective strategies in regards to phone plans, and made the whole process simple. During our wait, he also made us feel at home with plenty of fun interactions with customers and co-workers alike. Overall, I'd recommend the Verizon store in Manchester Mall to anyone.
