I went in to buy a $1000 cell phone for my spouse's birthday. The person behind the counter was very helpful, but, afterv30 minutes of trying, could not execute a sale of the phone without my spouse's old phone, even without activation. Apparently, Verizon system prevented him from selling the phone...strange. I ended up buying the same phone on Best buy with zero issues. I guess Verizon just doesn't need my money that much...

Jake is awesome! He helped my grandparents and was so patient and kind. They didn’t get scammed or taken advantage of. He kindly set up their phone and explained their plan, did exactly what they wanted. I went in a few weeks later and upgraded my phone. Seamless process, great conversation, loved our experiences!

To be fair I think they were training a new employee today - Yet the store manager was there and I heard himself declare his managerial status to Verizon Corporate, happily he dished out his store # and some type of secret access code, along with the customers name, cell #, pin # etc. Privacy has no boundaries in here? I was in there approx. 15 minutes looking at cell phones cases, not one of the employees or trainees even looked in my direction to say, hello, it may be a few minutes, can I help you - Now granite they were with customers, I would have even taken a head nod or "take a seat, we will be with you shortly". Na...why bother. To the store manager...training the new guy.....maybe a little common sense towards any and all customers - Maybe I was in there to purchase 10 phones for a new business. Even a tech guy should be able to handle a simple greeting.

Bad experience I’ve ever had. The tech guy works on 8/13 at 5:40 PM and 8/14 at 10.20 AM. He was so rude, he has no customer service skills at all. He had not explained anything about what kind of service they can provide. I went there to get a new sim card and got charged for 15 dollars, after I got my sim I asked him to borrow a sim removal tool, so I can put a new sim card on my phone because I wanted to activate my new sim card immediately before I go work. He told me to use the pin that came in the iPhone box or use earrings to do it ((but I was already there)) I was told by him that he didn't have it. How possible is that? you didn’t have a sim removal tool in your store? How would you assist your customers with their phones?? I think he just doesn't want to help me or he doesn't like what he is doing now. He has an unprofessional attitude he needs a lot of customer service skill training. *this store was unable to assist with any service issues. Stay away if you don't want to waste your time.

Nate is OUTSTANDING!! He helped me out with an issue with fuses when O'Reillys told me there was no such fuse that I was trying to buy! Which is not true! Thank You Nate!!

Lied to about my trade in credit. I was told by a sales person that I would receive a 600$ trade in credit and that my bill would only go up by three dollars. My bill has gone up over to over 20$ of what I had previously.

What a terrible company. Not only do they lie and tell you they have a phone in stock . They also have you travel to the store to buy said phone . To realize said phone isn't wht I asked for but a pixel 6 instead of the pro . Simple exchange right ... Nope they never ordered the correct phone plus customer service has been dealing with this for over a week. And has yet to ship the correct phone or basically do anything. For such a simple issue wireless zone has show incompetence every step of the way . They have still yet to do anything. I call customer service twice a day for 4 days an nothing. Plus they screwed up the billing as well but I haven't even addressed that yet ... I'll be complaining to Verizon as well they shouldn't be able to sell Verizon phones
