Would not recommend this place at all. Apparently it's okay to have someone not authorized on your unit to take it over and put their lock on it and owners do nothing. They won't even stop them. Not a place I would recommend. ~Jessica

I only bring my car here now! I’m a female mechanic, so I’m used to people trying to rip me off thinking I have no idea what they’re talking about. Kirks isn’t like that at all! Straight to the point and no nonsense. Super fair prices. Even their towing prices🤯. I haven’t needed that service from them yet (hopefully none of us do😂), but if I ever get towed I hope that’s who comes and picks me up! Across-the-board you pay about $300 for the tow and then another $300 per day of storage. Kirks charges something like only $195 for the towing and like less than $100 a day for storage (double check me on that but it’s low cost for sure). I imagine they lower prices cause it’s kind of a college town, but that still blows my mind. Very cool. Really down to earth people. 10/10 recommend! Food was incredible. Atmosphere was so relaxing and chill. Service was impeccable. Server Derek made us feel comfortable, was easy to talk to and gave great menu recommendations. On top of it all, my mom accidentally left her wallet and the manager located it and held on to it for us! Best place ever. ~Bianca

Jake is awesome! He helped my grandparents and was so patient and kind. They didn’t get scammed or taken advantage of. He kindly set up their phone and explained their plan, did exactly what they wanted. I went in a few weeks later and upgraded my phone. Techs are usually pleasant but was really off put by a pharmacist brushing me off and refusing to help/ talk to our vet to get meds for our foster dog. Perhaps there’s some store policy she was adhering to, but she was very abrasive in the way she dealt with the situation and wouldn’t even let me finish explaining the situation before walking away. ~Ella

The laddies I interacted with were so friendly, nice, and helpful. Wendy helped me switch over to US Cellular as well as she set up my new phone. My situation was a little complicated but it didn’t seem to phase her she knew exactly what to do. I was happy to have some great people to talk to while I waited for everything to transfer over. ~Anna
