The laddies I interacted with were so friendly, nice, and helpful. Wendy helped me switch over to US Cellular as well as she set up my new phone. My situation was a little complicated but it didn’t seem to phase her she knew exactly what to do. I was happy to have some great people to talk to while I waited for everything to transfer over.

Cindy at the US Cellular Plymouth NH store is an outstanding sales and customer service person. She spent 4 hours with my wife and helped set her up with what she needed for both personal and business phones and all the transferrs. Her knowledge of both the hardware and the services is better than you can find at any provider or any store. Her skills to help customers meet the needs and services that best suit them is second to none. She was training a young gentleman that day...and I have to say you don't see many new commers in business as well groomed, polite, and as interested in helping as he was. I'm assuming Cindy recruited him,..so she also does a great job finding new talent for the store. This is a well managed store. You don't get help like this in many stores in this day and age. I'm an old timer,....so it was a nice to see a business run like they cared about people. It made our day a good one!

Us cellular in plymouth nh is the one closest to me and after not having an updated phone for about 4 or 5 years I went there and Nicholas who works there was absolutely amazing! He was personable, knowledgeable, efficient, and extremely helpful during the entire process. Hes a great employee and plenty more people around here that work in customer service or retail could learn alot from him. I will be highly recommending anyone I know to switch to us cellular and go see nick at the plymouth store. Grade A service!
