The Salem, Rockingham mall, location is great. The 3 reps were all polite and willing to help. The gentleman who helped me transfered all the data from 1 phone to the other and made sure it all got done and I was happy. As I have read, Verizon 'encourages' their reps to upsell the customer. .. so I did buy the glass protection which I don't really need because the phone flips closed. This store is a thousand times better than my experiences in the Plaistow store where the manager is aweful and the reps act terrified.

ZERO STARS. Cruz lied to get a sale. Gave me wrong info. I went to that store on 3/8/22 to get new service and take advantage of the credit offered. I clearly stated that I needed to be on my brothers account. Cruz said I could start a new account and then merge with my brothers Verizon account. However, he conveniently left put the fact that I wouldn’t keep the $1000 credit for turning in my iPhone 12 Pro. After 9 phone calls to Verizon and 10 hours on the phone with them I got his mess somewhat fixed. NO ONE SHOULD GO THROUGH THIS. This was totally a nightmare not to mention TERRIBLE customer service. Ended up transferred back to T-Mobile where I had my service for 5 years.

They are posing as Verizon, but are a 3rd party retailer. They have no signage or indication they are a 3rd party. They charge more for iPhones than the listed price. They told me a payment plan was required and could not purchase the phone outright (what Verizon calls Full Retail). It took an hour to make a purchase with 3 people helping. They told me I had 30 days to return the phone, and never said, nor does their paperwork say that there is a restocking fee, even if you return the phone in an hour, unopened. Avoid them at all costs!!!

Cruz was absolutely amazing in assisting me. When I entered the store it was very busy with many customers. Cruz was the only employee in the store and he did an incredible job multitasking, assisting multiple customers simultaneously while having a smile on his face. He made each customer feel like they were the priority. Cruz was helpful, knowledgeable, polite, and energetic. I will definitely go back to see Cruz when. I need help from Verizon.
