Being a new business owner, I was looking to a get a plan and service that will not only accommodate me but also efficient enough for my clients. I came into this store and worked with Gary. Gary was able to help me through the whole process while being very patient and informative. He was able to provide me excellent service while working with a longer than usual application. As a new business owner documents were requested creating a longer than normal verification process and he was able to walk me through the whole thing comfortably. I can't say enough about these guys, after visiting another shop and waiting half an hour for the owner to return I was told he didn't have time to even talk and to make a four hour appointment in two weeks time. Headed off to ProSound, the owner couldn't have been more amiable and helpful, took time out of his day to advise me on how to try my own install, showed me how to pop off some tricky connectors, I went home and had my head unit (purchased elsewhere) installed within half an hour. Highly recommend these folks! ~Chris

Randomly closed on 6/2/22 with no reason given, BoA continues to be frustratingly unreliable. Inconsistent hours, long wait times, and random closures with no rhyme or reason. If I didn't have to go to BoA for my job I would never step foot in one again. BoA is really screwing people over. ~Jordan

ZERO STARS. Cruz lied to get a sale. Gave me wrong info. I went to that store on 3/8/22 to get new service and take advantage of the credit offered. I clearly stated that I needed to be on my brothers account. Cruz said I could start a new account and then merge with my brothers Verizon account. However, he conveniently left put the fact that I wouldn’t keep the $1000 credit for turning in my iPhone 12 Pro. After 9 phone calls to Verizon and 10 hours on the phone with them I got his mess somewhat fixed. NO ONE SHOULD GO THROUGH THIS. This was totally a nightmare not to mention TERRIBLE customer service. Ended up transferred back to T-Mobile where I had my service for 5 years. ~Abel

This pharmacy charges exorbitant prices for precriptions. I was charged $600 for a single prescription. I contacted two other compounding pharmacies in NH and got quotes of $207.50 and $337.19 for the same product. When I contacted the owner regarding the pricing, he did not have the courtesy to respond. Shop somewhere else if you can! ~Peter

Build_U is the best gym I have ever been to. The trainers there work so hard to make sure that the workouts are tailored to every person (no matter the age) who walks through the door. I enjoyed the program so much that we brought our high school lacrosse team there to start working out. The girls on the team have learned so much about their personal fitness and overall health but also about how far they can actually push themselves. Our girls have found so much confidence within themselves just going to this gym and our program is better because of it! Thanks for everything guys! ~Sarah
