Overall I have always had issues with this bank. Gerry rude. We stopped by today and they convinced me that it is finally time to close my last account.

Randomly closed on 6/2/22 with no reason given, BoA continues to be frustratingly unreliable. Inconsistent hours, long wait times, and random closures with no rhyme or reason. If I didn't have to go to BoA for my job I would never step foot in one again. BoA is really screwing people over.

Terrible customer service. My son needed a document notorized. I took him to this branch. We were informed that because he does not "have a Bank of America account" they would NOT accommodate the request. When I told them I'm a platinum rewards member they persisted and would NOT provide the stamp. We drove up to the Citizens Bank branch up the road WHERE NEITHER MY SON NOR I HAVE AN ACCOUNT. They notorized it for free. We were there for all of 5 minutes.

No one picks up the phone when I call to try to schedule an appointment. Not even once. I have never been able to schedule an appointment online either since there has always been one issue or another. To top it all, the center closes at noon on Saturdays. The only time I had an appointment was when I walked in and waited for some time though it was quick enough. Just not acceptable that it's impossible to schedule an appt and I've found a better BOA location for my needs. Honestly I would not rate this location higher than a half star for this reason.

Rude manager. Bad customer service. You need appointment in advance to deal with any account issues. BOA was once great bank but now it's awful and I think it's time to change the bank.

I am closing all 4 of my business accounts as well as personal with Bank of America. This bank location never answers their phones, the lines are always long, they have no staff as they keep downsizing. The bank has a very sterile feeling when you walk in. Even when you call the 866 number for business customer service, the waits are 30 minutes minimum. They are absolutely the worst bank out there. Going to TD Bank North, I have an account there and it is a much better experience. DO NOT USE BANK OF AMERICA, I am finally making the change after 15 years, long overdue.

Roxanne, the financial manager was very helpful in getting an old mortgage discharge issue resolved, for a customer that no longer had accounts at the bank.
