Great university with tremendous facility. My son is in the nursing program and absolutely LOVES it! They have an esports club so he has a recreational outlet, plus they have a greeting team to help new students adapt to the campus life.

The buildings need renovations, more attention to its diversity is needed, and the arena needs renovations in the actual arena….like a modern scoreboard. But hey at least it’s beating Heritage Bank Center

Although not a high-ranked university, I like the atmosphere and new buildings with an attractive architecture.

I just completed the MSN FNP program, however, my diploma/degree conferral is being held until September. As a result, I cannot obtain a license to practice until, at least, September. Most likely, it’s going to be even longer than that. I had a job lined up but, now that I have no way to get certified for, at least, two months, that’s gone. Oh, and, yes, it does state that at the end of the end of a page, after encouraging me to take two different certification exams which run upwards of $300 each just to sit for the exam. There are review courses available but each one runs about $395 if you want a reputable one. So, in summation, I have completed an advanced degree, have incurred the cost of this degree, still have to work as an RN for two to three more months, lost my potential job, and my diploma is, in essence, being held for ransom. Thanks NKU! I hate you.

NKU staff and professors provided a wonderful and enriching overnight college-tour experience for our highschool students. They greatly enjoyed the college of business, medicine, and law. The facilities were clean and appliances up-to-date. Housing and food accommodations were greatly above expectation. The rec. center provided the students with numerous options for recreational activities. After our visit our students were more excited to attend college than ever before and were hungry for more! Thank you NKU and staff for providing our students with an amazing experience!!

My daughter school took them to NKU for a college trip and my daughter said it was the most horrible experience in her life. She said she will never go to this school. The staff was rude the whole trip. Treated them like they were dogs by snapping their fingers in their face. Yelling at them, they were flexing their authority. Actual this was the school we picked for her to go but after the horrible experience I will never recommend anyone to this school.

NKU staff and professors did an outstanding job providing a 3 day college tour/retreat for our High School students. NKU staff offered our students opportunities to explore their academic interests, participate in hands on activities and visit a variety of labs, which in turn helped spark new ideas for career options and educational pursuits. Students were given opportunities to ask questions, interact with professors, department heads, other staff members, and a student panel which helped them to understand college on a deeper level. Thank you NKU for putting together this great program!

Dr. Sara Runge and Dr. Eileen Shanahan arranged a summer Camp for GRAD Cincinnati this week (June 13th-June15th). This is our 7th year working with Dr. Runge and as in previous years the program was very well planned. The students were able to experience the campus life by staying in the dorms and all of the colleges with hands on experiences. The students' presentations indicated they all learned a great deal. They all stated we had a great time. Even though the weather hit a record high, the staff from NKU worked very hard to make certain the students had a fulfill campus experience. GRAD Cincinnati looks forward to many more opportunities to visit the campus. Thank you Dr. Runge and Dr. Shanahan for a great time . Thank the NKU student volunteers as well. Kudos! So far, we have attended two graduation ceremonies here. Plenty of space and we'll orchestrated traffic entrance and exit. Great university as well
