6 Best cell phone store in Manchester, New Hampshire (NH) 2024

Went in to switch over from Verizon. Robert the gentleman who helped me was absolutely excellent. He should get a raise. Got me on the best phone and the best deal possible. Go see Robert he's the man! ~Carmen

Replaced my cracked iphone screen here. Decent price, quick turnaround, and my fingerprint sensor still works! However, there is no force touch anymore and the keyboard makes a lot of typos now. I suppose that’s the nature of using third party screens, but I would have liked to know the side effects before committing to the repair. They were quick to respond to emails and made good effort when I came back in the next day. ~Shan

To be honest, I couldn't tell you about my experience at this store, because on a Saturday they are closed. A retail store that is not open when the average consumer is available to shop is just plain dumb ~scott

I went to the AT&T in the mall of New Hampshire after having some issues elsewhere. I was greeted by James immediately. He sat me down and explained everything that I needed to know upfront. He was extremely helpful through the whole process. I would recommend this store and James to anyone interested in AT&T. ~Kyra

My husband and I live 2.5 hours away from Manchester we mad a day trip to the mall and we're stopped by a t-mobile employee (Kevin) who asked what we pay a month for phone service. I kindly replied with unfortunately t-mobile does not work in our area. He said are you sure let me pull up a map and check for you so he did and checked and even proceeded to tell us he had a buddy that lived in our town (Berlin nh) who had t-mobile and used it. He promised us it would work re assured us over and over it would work.He also quoted us a lower a month payment which was a lie. Long story short after 4 and a half hours of us standing in the store he got all 5 lines on our account switched over and the phones activated. We only had to pay 30$ per phone for an activation fee and for charger boxes because we did not have the right ones. By the time we get home it is 9pm. 1 out of the 5 phones worked! We get ahold of corporate the next morning and they informed us to go back to our old carrier(us cellular) and return all the t-mobile stuff to our nearest t-mobile store. Which is still 1.5 hours away. Also that we should have never been sold t-mobile anything because they do not cover our area. Also when we went to our old carrier to port our numbers back we could not figure out the pin # for the account. Thankfully the representative at us cellular figured it out. Turns out Kevin had put a pin on the account and did not tell me (the account holder) that he did that or what the pin was. Now we have wasted time, gas,gotten our hopes up for new phones all just to be scammed. We will NEVER go to t-mobile again. ~Angela

I went into the store not wanting to get rid of my iPhone 7 because let’s face it I’m not the greatest person at changing things and my phone was working OK. Thankfully Matt was available to help and made the upgrade to a new iPhone 13 seamless. Matt made sure to explain the entire process to me and assured me that my new phone would look exactly like my old phone which it does. The whole experience was really neat and I had a great time working with Matt to upgrade my phone. His follow up after my purchase was greatly appreciated and I know if I have any issues with my phone or the ability to recommend Matt to anyone in the future I absolutely will. Thank you Matt for being the best part of Verizon ~Tammy
