To be honest, I couldn't tell you about my experience at this store, because on a Saturday they are closed. A retail store that is not open when the average consumer is available to shop is just plain dumb

i went in to cellmart to have my laptop fixed after the screen broke they gave em the wrong screen twice, and it took them almost two months to get the screens, then they told me they couldnt fix it because of the fact that the display adapter was broken and soldered to the laptop...news flash if you have a laptop it is suppose to be soldered there. i recently took my laptop to grolen on elm street, the service was great and they looked at my laptop and found out that cell mart gave me the wrong screen, that im now stuck with, and that the display adapter is fine it is the motherboard itself that broke sure they cost a little more to fix your computer in labor but they will do a basic repair for like 80 dollars.... cellmart sucks if you need to get a computer fixed go to grolen communications on elm street.
