Target is one of my favorite places to shop. Yes, they are a little costly but they have quality products and merchandise. They have no competition hands down. They have gotten a little out of hand because the lines are extra long and they don't have enough cashiers.

Definitely upscale from Wal-Mart. Very pleasant shopping experience. Well organized. Helpful, friendly staff.

First time at Target and we were pretty disappointed. The selection of items was very limited. It seems they tried to get a little bit of everything but ended up not getting anything that‘a worth it. For instance, their organic section for produce and grocery items was extremely limited compared to Publix, Walmart, Sprouts or Whole Foods. Same thing with their home decor, which could not be compared to HomeGoods or Bed Bath and Beyond. It also seemed the aisles were much smaller than other stores, especially in the grocery area. And finally, employees seemed to be having a party everywhere you went. They were talking really loudly and laughing and making videos, to the point we could hear them across the aisles and thought they were customers, only to realize later it was Target employees.

This really is a super target. Just moved to the area and they have everything I need and more. The store is huge and the staff are friendly and helpful. Take all my money!

Big store. Huge selection. At time we shopped 5pm Friday only 2 cashier lanes open. Very pleased with items purchased, cleanliness of store and variety of products to choose from in grocery section. Pleased to find sizes to fit our styles and bodies.

Usually I like this place, but the lady at the register signed me up for a target credit card without me saying that it was alright. She then paid for My transaction with the card and told me I had to get the app to pay off that card. Now I'm dealing with corporate to get the card canceled and paid off. Hope she didn't mess with my credit or worse...

Today, I went to this Target with my friend like we usually do to grab our groceries and we decided to each try on a pair of jeans. We got to the fitting room and there was a fitting room associate, I believe her name was Donna, who was so rude for no reason. We got to the fitting room and my friend said “Hello” and the attendant stared at us then said “how many?”. We thought she didn’t hear us but it became clear as we continued dealing with her odd irritation with us during the short interaction that something was wrong, we finished trying on our jeans and decided to get both pairs. My friend found another pair of jeans that she liked but hesitated when it came time to try them on due to the first encounter with the associate. She debated just trying them on at home or leaving them, but she decided to try on the pair of jeans in the store. This time she decided she didn’t want the second pair of jeans and so when she came out she asked where she should place them. The associate audibly sighed at her as she snatched the jeans from her hands to then just drop them on the counter and mumble to her self. We weren’t rude or even very talkative so I can’t imagine what the problem was. Honestly neither my friend or I have ever experienced such behavior at any other Target and will be driving the extra 10 minutes to go to the other location on 441 and Lantana Road from now on to avoid it.

I attempted to purchase Turbo Tax this morning. The register incorrectly overcharged me $10 from what the display said the price. I mentioned it and the cashier called the person in charge who said they would handle it. The problem was that in attempting to credit me for the overcharge, she was unable to print a receipt. Colleen went to another area of the store to print the receipt. After 5 minutes I asked the woman at returns for a refund. She tried to stall me saying she would be back in a minute. Didn't happen and when I asked for my refund she said to be patient which I already have been as I should not have had to wait nearly that long. It took a while for the refund (another 10 minutes). Totally unacceptable. At this point on my Target credit card account online I see the original charge for $50.81 pending but no refund of that as of yet. In a major store, this should NEVER happen. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE

I went to the Hagen Ranch location in Boynton Beach for a patio chair. The chair was on sale and discontinued. There were none in stock so I bought the display. The Target employee insisted we buy the chair immediately and loaded it on a flat bed cart and pushed it to customer service. I drive a small car and the display chair wouldn't fit. The manager didn't allow any of the employees to disassemble the chair. My daughter and I had to buy a tool to take the screws out and do it in customer service at the front of the store in front of every customer making a purchase. We were both in dresses stooping down to take the chair apart so it could get in our small car with every male employee and security guard watching us. The only help we received was a male employee pushed the flat bed cart to the car. My daughter loaded it in the car to his surprise because he said it wouldn't fit. I'm a devoted Target shopper, have been for years and this by far was my worst experience.
