Jacob, Sue, and Michelle at the target in Boynton Beach Fl, on congress avenue we’re exceptional on customer service! They are of high value to target, and should be recognized and rewarded as such. Jacob helped me immensely by tediously on a massive request I had- the others helped too and all stayed calm, level headed, and friendly when there was a swarm of customers bombarding them-some of whom were extremely rude to Jacob, Sue, and Michelle. I will be sure to recommend and continue to give my business to target on their behalf- it is people like them that make a business great. Target, please give them due recognition so that your stores can continue to be great, thank you.

One item took 25min to check because only one register which Jessica the only register open try her best to move as fast as she can. Self check out was a 45 min wait. They was under staff either I counted 12 employees the went in n out the break room n the front door and on the floor working. I wil NEVER GO BACK. It was a slow day compared other days I came in to target.

How ridiculous is the self checkout? If you have cash you must stand and let person after person go ahead of you in line until a register that you are allowed to use cash opens up.

The Target at SE Boynton offers excellent service. The service is fast. The food is fresh. The store is always clean. On occasion when the store or drive up service is busy the employees are still friendly, courteous and professional. I love shopping here. They have gift card promotions. They notify me via email of items I am interested in that go on sale. Thank you for providing excellent service.

Boynton Beach East Target store is fantastic! So clean and the pick up process when saving time and unable to go into the store is fantastic! The associates are always smiling and happy to be servicing their customers politely and with such a great attitude! Keep doing what you do! It’s working!

I love shopping here however I find it nasty that Target allows dog owners to place their dogs inside the shopping cart. It’s called a grocery cart for a reason. I will not be shopping here again. Very disappointing Target.

I was over my 15 day return window because I was told electronics have a 30 day window, but apple (electronics) have their own separate return window I was not aware of. The manager at the store did all she could, but the online system and the in person system do not speak to each other. This is a flaw that Corporate at Target needs to address. What happens is that they send customers to this store to pick up, but if there is an issue the system doesn't even allow them to pull up the order. The staff was great, so was the manager and the store was clean and running smoothly.

Target has the nicest employees, cleanest stores, and variety of merchandise and food store! It’s almost a one stop shop! And the no hassle return Dept is very pleasant too!

Although, I find fault with the drive to guide customers into self check out , there is plenty good shopping available at target. The super target offers, a Starbucks, and CVS pharmacy within the store. Target is one of my shopping alternatives, however, I have not been pleased with the customer service. Prior to Targets most recent makeover, the store offered 25 lanes to check out....last year, they renovated adding more self check out registers and reducing the staffed check outs to 12 lanes...unfortunately, my view of Target is not positive. As, indicated in the photos below, only 2 of the 12 lanes are lights on ready to check out the waiting lines of people. What is frustrating is having cold items and waiting more than necessary to check out. I was told to go to customer service to see manager, however, second photo shows folks waiting for customer service personnel that is not presently behind counter. I no longer expect good customer service at Target.

This Super Target has to be the best kept secret in all of Boynton Beach. It was my first time here and I would have to say I was pleasantly surprised! Not only is this placed well stocked but so well kept. Every shopping cart was sanitized and placed within reach of arriving customers. The prices for groceries are very reasonable and competitive. The aisles are spacious and the items on the shelves are organized properly. I will be doing my groceries here going forward.
