First time I have ever used a rental car service and it was a really good experience! I was driving away in my rental car within 15 minutes. The service representative was kind, thoughtful, efficient and quick.

I have never wrote a review in my life but I felt this needed to be addressed to protect other people. This location charged my credit card without any authorization or contacting me before they did so. I emailed the manager and called, never received a call back or anything. This location is doing very sketchy stuff and committing fraud. They charged my card because they said I didn’t put gas in the rental. Good thing I took a picture of the mileage and gas tank with a time stamp. No one ever called me back and I filed a fraud claim with my bank. They are lucky I do not press this any further. I was told to put the same amount of gas in the rental as when I received it. I did have a charge for tolls, which is understandable and was given a receipt and notification. My card was charged with an unknown transaction from enterprise. I emailed the manager and never received any response. I called the office and was then told why I was charged. I was told a manager would call me back, they never did. This is very disturbing. My overall experience with the cockeysville location was not very good at all. The first rental they gave me leaked oil and brake fluid all over my driveway the first day I received it. I called about it and said I didn’t feel safe driving it can they send someone to swap it out. They said they could not and don’t have the man power to do that. They wouldn’t even send a tow truck to get it. I stopped by the day before I dropped the rental off to make sure everything was in line and I was given the green light. I even verified the gas I needed to put in the rental. Just be very wary of this location. Just remember karma Justin Cole

This is message is for Hunt Valley location i will never get a vehicle from u all i did like your location but you dont follow SPECIFIC DIRECTIONS not to lease out a vehicle i just dropped off just in case the dealer ship was not finished with my car it was only 30min i called back to get the rental and u all gave it to somebody else.THAT'S BAD BUSINESS .next time i wont be so nice to your Rep when i call there after another enterprise had to accommodate me and i think the reason u didn't want to pick me back up from dealership because i would have cursed you out something kind of terrible then contacted your regional office espically i specifically asked for that vechicle that i was driving .

The inside of the car reeked of a nasty deodorant that was probably being used to cover up the smell of someone smoking in the car. The windows were coated with something (spray wax?) that was embedded into the glass created a translucent coating on the glass. This was a real safety hazard that required me to use a razor blade to remove it. The change oil light came on the 2nd of 11 days that I had the car. The seats were stained and needed a good deep cleaning. All four of the tires had 4 differing pressures in them. This business needs to do a lot better job maintaining their vehicles.

The Enterprise rep picked me up on time, quickly and efficiently checked me in with a tablet snd I was in my way. Beautiful car (compact) great gas mileage and up to date electronics. Returned on a Sunday and used key dropoff box. Deposit returned in 2 days! Wonderful experience! Thank you

I enjoyed the car rental experience with Enterprise at Beaver Dam Road. The people are friendly, and they work fast. I have used their services a few times and I'm never there for more than 30 minutes.

Staff was friendly and efficient. The car they gave me was a bit older, had ~50k miles on it and in need of maintenance, especially tires. I almost skidded off road in light rain. Because of current supply chain issues, I could actually forgive that, but they didn't even clean the car. I had to get a car wash after I left the lot just so I could see out the back windshield. That's sub-par.

My Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Cockeysville, MD on Beaver Dam Rd is the BEST hands down. They genuinely strive to put you in the vehicle class you selected. Their customer service is; professional, friendly, and accommodating. They always greet you with a hello and a smile. I have rented from this location for the last two years, once a month. I reserve a vehicle 2-4 months in advance. They pick me up and drop me off the day of rental and return. Thank you Beaver Dam crew. I give Enterprise ☆☆☆☆☆☆

Unfortunately had to get a rental car since my personal car was involved in a hit and run accident that will take almost a month to repair. This location has been nothing short of amazing during this process. The staff who I worked with were extremely helpful and friendly. They even had me in a car the same day I dropped mine off for repair and the check in process was quick and easy. Unfortunately the car they gave me was pulling terribly to one side and I did let Justin, the manager know via email. Not enough to bother me, but I did want to inform Enterprise in case they wish to fix it before the next renter. Rest assured, he offered me the option to switch cars the next day which was so greatly appreciated given that I'll be in this car for a month. Thank you to Justin and his team! Will definitely be back for any future car rental needs.
